David F. Thomas joined JFLCO in 2010 and works on sourcing, acquiring, overseeing, and exiting portfolio investments, having served on the boards of many of the firm's investments. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse's M&A Group. He holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University.

Evan Lederman joined JFLCO in 2023 to launch its credit strategy and serves on the Credit Investment Committee. He has nearly 20 years of experience across investing, law, and restructuring, previously co-founding and serving as Managing Partner of L J Capital Management and working as a Partner at Fir Tree Capital Management, where he co-managed credit, restructuring, and special situations investments. He began his career as a restructuring and litigation attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law.

Glenn M. Shor joined J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO) in 2010 and serves as a Managing Partner, sitting on the firm's Management Committee and its Private Equity and Credit Investment Committees. His work covers firm management, capital formation, and the acquisition, oversight, and disposition of private equity and credit investments, along with investment team recruiting. Before JFLCO, he worked in the Private Equity Group at D.E. Shaw & Co., focusing on energy and media, and previously held roles at Providence Equity Partners and Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. in finance and international business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Lionel Jolivot joined JFLCO in 2023 to launch its credit strategy and serves on the Credit Investment Committee, bringing over 20 years of experience investing across the credit spectrum. He previously founded and was Managing Partner of L J Capital Management, and held roles as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Angel Island Capital, along with positions at Millennium Management and Fore Research & Management. He began his career as an aerospace engineer at Airbus Group (formerly EADS) and holds an engineering degree from ENSAM Paris and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Louis N. Mintz is a Managing Partner at J.F. Lehman, which he joined in 1997, and sits on the firm's Management Committee and Private Equity Investment Committee. He shares responsibility for the firm's management, capital formation, and investment activities, with a focus on institutional investor relationships and operational oversight. Before joining the firm, he worked in private equity at Odyssey Partners, as a Vice President at Rosecliff, and began his career in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He holds a B.A. in economics and public policy studies from Duke University.

Michael S. Friedman is a Partner in Private Equity at J.F. Lehman (JFLCO), which he joined in 2007, where he works on sourcing, acquiring, overseeing, and exiting portfolio investments. He previously started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Aerospace & Defense Group at Jefferies. Stephen L. Brooks joined J.F. Lehman (JFLCO) in 1998 and serves on the firm's Management Committee and Private Equity Investment Committee, sharing responsibility for management, capital formation, and investment activities, including sourcing, oversight, and disposition of portfolio investments. Before joining the firm, he worked in the Aerospace and Defense Group at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Company, focusing on aerospace and defense M&A. William J. Hanenberg joined J.F. Lehman (JFLCO) in 2008 and works on sourcing, acquiring, overseeing, and divesting portfolio investments. He has held board roles at several of the firm's investments, currently serving as Chairman of Wrist and a director of Atlas Air Worldwide. Before joining the firm, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in Bank of America's Global Industrials Group, and he holds a B.S. in economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Alec M. Schmidt joined JFLCO in 2021 and works on the acquisition, oversight, and disposition of portfolio investments. He was previously a Senior Associate at Rubicon Technology Partners focused on enterprise software private equity, and began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams. He holds a B.S. in finance with a minor in business law from Pennsylvania State University.

Aidan H. Burrell joined J.F. Lehman (JFLCO) in 2026 and works on the acquisition, oversight, and disposition of portfolio investments. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Piper Sandler's Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. He holds a B.S. in finance with a minor in international business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Nicholas J. Andonian joined J.F. Lehman (JFLCO) in 2021 and works on the acquisition, oversight, and disposition of portfolio investments. He previously started his career at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Management Analyst before moving to the Cross Markets Group within the Investment Banking Division. Peter C. Kuper joined J.F. Lehman (JFLCO) in 2023 and has over twenty years of advisory and growth investing experience in technology relevant to the aerospace, defense, and government markets, including cybersecurity, wireless technologies, and space. He has advised government organizations such as the Department of Defense, the White House, intelligence community agencies, the Department of Energy, and the IRS. Before JFLCO, he was a Senior Vice President at jCyte, a Managing Director at ClearSky Venture Capital, and a Partner at In-Q-Tel for seven years, and earlier worked as an enterprise software research analyst at investment banks including SG Cowen and Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Rhode Island.

Hatcher joined JFLCO in 2013 and works on sourcing, acquiring, overseeing, and exiting portfolio investments. Before joining the firm, he started his career as an investment banking analyst in Jefferies' Aerospace & Defense Group. He holds a B.A. in economics and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.

Sandra Wong joined J.F. Lehman (JFLCO) in 2025, where she works on the acquisition, oversight, and disposition of credit investments. She was previously a Vice President on the U.S. Investment Team at Strategic Value Partners, focusing on distressed and special situations, and began her career at Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Analyst before moving to its Private Equity Group.
