Aaron Brindle oversees public affairs at Radical Ventures, handling strategic communications and policy. He previously led public affairs for Google Canada and managed communications for Google AI, including work supporting Geoffrey Hinton's research team. Earlier in his career he was Director of Marketing at Incognito Software and worked at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) as a founding producer of The Current, holding roles including Documentary Producer and Assignment Editor.

Aaron Rosenberg is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where he leads the firm's London and European investment activities and operations. He previously served as Head of Strategy & Operations at DeepMind, working in the Office of the CEO with founder Demis Hassabis, and before that was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he was Deputy Chief of Staff to the Global Managing Director. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an economics degree from Harvard College, and is completing a Master's in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Blair Bernholtz is CFO at Radical Ventures, where he handles financial matters across the firm's corporate entities, partnerships, limited partners, and investments, as well as investor relations. He previously served as a Director at Onex, working on fund financial reporting, treasury, transactions, and fundraising, and earlier worked in Audit and Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a CPA, CA in Ontario.

David Katz is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where he leads the Investment Team and oversees strategic initiatives and operations. He is a member of the firm's Velocity Team, providing go-to-market and corporate development support to portfolio companies and leading the Compute practice group. Before Radical, he founded and co-led several technology companies across North America in insurtech, digital health, and adtech, including InsLogic (acquired by Capital One Bank), Portfolios.com (acquired by EQ Inc.), EQ Works, and Benecaid/Honeybee (acquired by April International). He holds a Philosophy degree from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Dominic Barton is a partner at Radical Ventures, advising portfolio companies on commercialization and go-to-market strategy. He previously served as Canada's Ambassador to the People's Republic of China from 2019 to 2021, and was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was Global Managing Partner from 2009 to 2018. He also chairs Rio Tinto and LeapFrog Investments, and is Chancellor of the University of Waterloo.

Ed Clark is the former CEO of TD Bank and currently serves as a Director of Thomson Reuters and Chair of the Vector Institute, a non-profit focused on artificial intelligence. He was appointed to the Order of Canada in 2010 and has received recognition including Canada's Outstanding CEO of the Year and inclusion on Barron's and Harvard Business Review lists of top global CEOs.

John Megrue is Vice Chairman and Partner at Radical Ventures and previously served as Co-Chairman of Bridgewater Associates. Before that, he was Chairman and CEO of Apax Partners U.S. and, from 1992 to 2005, a Partner at the buyout firm Saunders, Karp and Megrue. He is also active in philanthropy, holding leadership roles with Grameen America, the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy's Office, and Global Citizen.

Parasvil Patel is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where he works with founders building and deploying AI technologies. He previously worked at KKR on diligence and portfolio value creation across growth equity and private equity, and began his career as a consultant at BCG advising management in the US and India. He holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Rich Kotite is a Partner at Radical Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments in AI-native startups across infrastructure and application layers. He was previously a Vice President at Accel, an early member of Plaid's international expansion team leading partnerships and business development, and worked in Google's BizOps management consulting group. He began his career at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from INSEAD and a double major in Economics and Operations Research & Management Science from UC Berkeley.

Richa Mehta is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where she helps lead the firm's Growth Strategy. Before joining Radical, she was a Principal at ICONIQ Capital and earlier worked on the technology investing team at General Atlantic in New York City. She holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Sanjana Basu is a Partner at Radical Ventures, which she joined at its inception in 2019, focusing on AI-native companies replacing traditional software, generative science, and multimodal intelligence. She began working in AI in 2016 and previously worked in investment banking at Barclays and in venture investing at Tata, where she covered deep tech, AI, and consumer tech. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics & International Relations from Tufts University and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Vin Sachidananda is a Partner at Radical Ventures, focusing on AI, deeptech, applications, and infrastructure at both early and growth stages. He was previously a Partner at Two Sigma Ventures, where he led AI and deeptech investing, and earlier spent a decade as an AI researcher and founding engineer, including work on early LLM products at Google, Apple, and Amazon and founding engineering roles at startups spun out of MIT and Stanford. He holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Jules Qiu is a Principal at Radical Ventures, where she works with AI founders to help build their companies. She previously served as a VP at Coatue, where she worked with companies including Persona, Distyl AI, and Miter.

Natasha Lim is a Principal at Radical Ventures. She previously invested at Warburg Pincus in New York, focusing on growth and late-stage technology companies, and before that worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in its Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group. She holds a B.S. in Business and Political Economy from New York University's Stern School of Business and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Andy Bredar is an Investor at Radical Ventures. Before joining the firm, he worked on partnerships and go-to-market strategy at Anthropic and was a Senior Associate Consultant in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company's San Francisco office. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Santa Clara University.

Anuj Karwa is Manager of Finance at Radical Ventures, handling fund finance including financial and investment reporting, treasury operations, and tax compliance. He previously worked as a Senior Analyst in the Private Equity Fund Finance group at Northleaf Capital Partners and started his career in assurance before moving into fund finance. He holds a US CPA designation and is a CFA charterholder, with a Master of Finance from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.

Arrika He is a Senior Associate of Finance at Radical Ventures, where she supports financial matters related to the firm's partnerships, limited partners, and investments. She previously worked at KPMG in the Financial Institutions Audit & Tax practice, and began her career at Deloitte's audit practice, where she earned her CPA designation. She holds an HBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Carrie Barker is a Director on the Talent Team at Radical Ventures, where she works with portfolio companies on talent strategy, hiring frameworks, and technical recruitment across areas such as AI/ML, engineering, data, and product. She previously recruited for technical, high-growth companies including Airware, Stripe, Qualcomm, and Intuit. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona.

Daniel Mulet is deeply embedded in AI and quantum research—co-authoring technical surveys and engaging with NeurIPS—and built Creative Destruction Lab’s quantum software incubator while coaching hundreds of founders.

Jessica Esposito is a Senior Executive Assistant at Radical Ventures, where she supports the Head of the Velocity Team, the Head of Investor Relations, and members of the Investment Team. Before Radical, she served as Vice President of Corporate Access at Stifel Canada and earlier worked as an investment banking executive assistant focused on conference event management in the mining sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.

Kate Cory is Senior Director of Community and Public Affairs at Radical Ventures, based in San Francisco. She previously led communications and community at the venture builder Redesign Health and held earlier communications roles at Sonder, Lyft, and Wayfair. Her work centers on building community and visibility across the founder ecosystem and the firm's portfolio, supporting programs such as the Compute Cohort and the AI Founders Masterclass.

Katelyn Elder is Senior Director of Finance at Radical Ventures, where she handles financial matters for the firm's corporate entities, partnerships, limited partners, and investments. She previously worked as a Manager in the Fund Finance group at Onex, handling fund financial reporting and supporting investment teams on treasury and reporting for fund transactions. She started her career at KPMG in the Enterprise audit practice, where she earned her CPA, CA designation, and holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Meg Sahni is Senior Director of Talent at Radical Ventures, where she manages the firm's talent network and works with portfolio companies on talent management strategy and technical recruitment. Before Radical, she focused on machine learning recruitment in New York City, building research and engineering teams at hedge funds, private equity groups, and fintech startups including Layer 6 AI. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University, with minors in French and History.

Paige Dickie helps lead the Velocity Team at Radical Ventures and serves on the board of the University of Guelph's Centre for Advancing Responsible and Ethical AI (CARE-AI). She previously consulted at McKinsey & Company on digital, data, and AI strategy, led the integration of the AI startup Layer 6 across TD Bank, and held a leadership role at the Vector Institute focused on commercial innovation. She holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from McMaster University and dual Master's degrees in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and holds over 15 patents.

Rina Atienza is the Operations Manager in the Office of the Managing Partner at Radical Ventures, supporting Jordan Jacobs and David Katz on operational initiatives, administration, and special projects. Before joining Radical, she worked on the Investor Relations team at Onex handling events and communications, and previously held a role at Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Canada.

Sarah Orlando is a Talent Associate at Radical Ventures, where she supports the firm's talent network and helps portfolio companies with technical recruitment. She previously worked as a technical recruiter at ByteDance and LinkedIn. She holds a BA from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo and a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University.

Tina Lo is an Office Manager and Executive Assistant supporting Radical Ventures' San Francisco office. Before joining the firm, she was Executive Assistant to the Head of Growth Equity at CPPIB, and earlier worked as Firm Administrator at a real estate law firm in San Francisco, handling office operations and administrative functions.

Yvonne Likomanova is Senior Director of Talent at Radical Ventures, where she works with portfolio companies on building talent infrastructure, talent management strategies, and technical recruitment across AI/ML, software, data, and product. Previously she built and led the technology recruitment business at Inventure Recruitment and was a founding member of the Quant, Tech and Data team at GQR, and also served as West Coast Regional Director of the Hedge Fund Association. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Film Studies from Claremont McKenna College.
