Round13 Capital

John Eckert is a co-founder of Round13 Capital, having previously invested in Lavalife where he met his co-founder Bruce. In 1994 he co-founded McLean Watson Capital, a Canadian software-focused investor, and provided early funding to companies including FloNetwork, Fortiva, Skywave, i4i, and Softimage. He earlier held senior M&A and public financing roles at Wood Gundy and served as President and Chair of the Canadian Venture Capital Association.

Brahm Klar works at Round13 Capital, where he helps identify investment themes, leads investments across various sectors, and supports the firm's portfolio companies. Before joining Round13, he worked in private equity at ONCAP Management Partners (the mid-market fund of Onex Corporation) and in investment banking within the M&A group at RBC Capital Markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Finance from the Schulich School of Business.

Wilson Lee has spent much of his career in startups and now focuses on making new investments and helping existing portfolio companies scale at Round13 Capital. He previously served as CFO of Sourced Group (acquired by Amdocs), Fortiva (acquired by Proofpoint), Borderware (acquired by Watchguard), ActivPlant (acquired by CDC), and FloNetwork (acquired by DoubleClick), and founded BrightIron consulting, which provides CFO advisory services to tech startups. He also worked at investment bank Pagemill Partners and venture firm Ventures West, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto along with a Chartered Accountancy designation earned at Arthur Andersen.

Miranda Ferris is a member of Round13 Capital, where she works on sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. Before Round13, she was Director of Strategic Finance at Q4 Inc, worked in private equity at ONCAP Management Partners (the mid-market fund of Onex Corporation), and was in the audit and assurance practice at Deloitte focused on financial institutions. She holds an Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Founder and Managing Partner of Maple Tree Capital, focused on Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition; leads Round13's ETA investment strategy as a Venture Partner.

CEO of RealServus and myAbode, a Round13-backed real estate technology company; previously held senior roles at Shopify, Ada, Influitive, and Airbnb, and began her career at Bain & Company.

Jack Bulger began his career in data analytics and business development at Statflo, a Round13 portfolio company. At Round13 Capital, he works on sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting existing portfolio companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University and an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Josh French is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) who spent nearly ten years at Grant Thornton LLP in Toronto, rising to Senior Manager in the Assurance practice and serving as Central Canada's Practice Support Advisor. Before joining Round13, he was Director of Finance at Sourced Group, a cloud consulting firm acquired by Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), where he ran the global finance function and contributed to capital raises and the company's sale.

A turnaround executive with experience scaling SaaS, tech, media, and telecom companies; drives value creation across Round13 portfolio companies and serves as CEO of MapsPeople.

Vaneh Keshishian has been with Round13 Capital since its founding and leads operations and human resources. She works alongside the firm's investment and finance teams, portfolio companies, and LPs.
