MacAlpine became CEO and Director of CI Financial in September 2019, leading a strategy that more than doubled assets and built a U.S. private wealth business under Corient. He previously headed global distribution at WisdomTree Asset Management and led McKinsey's North American asset management practice.
Burman is EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at CI Financial, leading people strategy, corporate programs and community giving. She was previously Head of Workforce Strategies and Client Experience at BMO Financial Group.
