Diether Bueno is a Senior Program Associate at QBO Innovation, the Philippines' leading startup support organization, where he has worked since 2022, advancing from intern to his current role in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from De La Salle Lipa and has led multiple accelerator programs and initiatives, including the Arise Plus Ye! Boost Accelerator Program cohorts, She Loves Tech rounds, and the Energy ClimAccelerator Philippines. He has also organized major startup events including the PIVOTAL Conference, Philippine Startup Week, and QBO's Top 100 Startups program.

Iggy Javellana is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and startups, currently serving as Fractional CMO at BCRemit. His work spans brand strategy, digital transformation, and customer engagement, with a focus on data-driven approaches and the application of AI to marketing operations. He has also worked as a designer, video editor, writer, and product manager across various projects.

Jane Acuzar is a Creative Specialist at Philippine Startup Week with background in multimedia arts and film. Her work spans creative direction and marketing applications within the startup ecosystem.

Karla Legaspi serves as Head of Programs, Community & Ecosystem at QBO Innovation Hub. She brings ten years of project management experience in government and non-profit sectors, with focus on ICT and technopreneurship advocacy and training initiatives. Her background includes content development, partnership management, program implementation, and monitoring.

Lileth Mortañez holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from De La Salle Lipa, where she graduated magna cum laude, and has completed graduate studies in business administration at the same institution. Her professional experience includes roles as a Program Associate at IdeaSpace | QBO Innovation Hub, where she designed capacity-building initiatives for tech startups, and as an instructor of Entrepreneurship and Practical Research at the senior high school level. She currently works as a Programme/Project Execution Specialist at Jones Lang LaSalle Manila, supporting asset management, financial monitoring, data analysis, and documentation in the commercial real estate sector.

Migu Macale is a Principal at 917Ventures, where he leads deal work focused on connecting startups with commercial opportunities through Globe and Ayala companies via the Velocity program. He brings nine years of experience in the Philippine and Southeast Asian startup ecosystems, including previous roles in corporate innovation at Ayala and early-stage investing at IdeaSpace Ventures. Macale holds a degree in International Political Economy from Fordham University and mentors founders and emerging operators in his work.

Shor Macalbe is Head of Startup Development at QBO Innovation, bringing a Juris Doctor degree and over a decade of experience across judiciary, private legal practice, and technology innovation sectors. He specializes in program design and management for startup accelerators and ecosystem initiatives, legal operations and governance, and brand strategy. Macalbe also provides consulting services to startups and organizations in startup mentorship, legal operations optimization, and program architecture.

Szachi Ducusin is a Program Manager at 917Ventures focused on startup and innovation initiatives. With experience in program management and communications, Ducusin has developed and executed campaigns and initiatives targeting community impact.
