Investment thesis
Centre Street Partners pursues technology-led buyouts in the lower-middle market, focusing on professional services businesses. The firm believes that much of the economic value generated by artificial intelligence will accrue to the ownership layer of services providers rather than to pure-play technology vendors. By combining capital, talent, and technology-enabled operating leverage, CSP partners with U.S. SMB owners and world-class technical operators to grow small businesses into enduring platforms and to drive subsequent value creation across professional services categories. The firm is currently deploying capital from CSP Fund II.
