Brian Zhan is a Partner at Striker Venture Partners, where he focuses on backing technical founders at inception, often as the first investor. He began his career on Facebook's Presto team and previously served as a Principal at CRV. He works with founders on technical roadmaps, moving from research breakthroughs to products, and building founding engineering teams.

Matan Lamdan is a Partner at Striker, where he backs inception-stage founders in cybersecurity and AI, with a focus on Israel's tech ecosystem. Before Striker, he invested at CRV, working with deeply technical, pre-product teams. Earlier he spent about a decade in Israel's intelligence directorate in technical and intelligence leadership roles, later worked as an investigative journalist for a top Israeli news program, and completed an MBA at Stanford GSB.

Aysia Marinelli is Head of Operations at Striker Venture Partners, where she manages and scales the firm's internal business operations and supports founders and investors. She previously worked at CRV. She studied Environmental Studies and Public Policy, Planning, and Management at the University of Oregon.

Nikhil Suresh is an Investor at Striker, where he works with founders at inception on companies in AI applications, complex data/ML systems, and next-generation software and hardware infrastructure. Before Striker, he was a founder, an AI researcher in the Scaling Intelligence Lab at Stanford, and an early engineer leading Mercor's Search product. As an angel investor, he has co-invested in pre-revenue companies alongside Kleiner Perkins, a16z, and Khosla.
