Investment thesis
Alliance runs a crypto accelerator and founder community backing technical founders building ambitious startups across crypto, AI, fintech, stablecoins and related areas. It admits pre-product, pre-revenue and mid-pivot teams, prioritizing founder quality over product maturity. Admitted startups receive $400k invested at a $4M post-money valuation via SAFE with a 1:1 token side letter. The program offers weekly lectures, 1:1 mentorship, weekly check-ins and a Demo Day where founders pitch leading VCs and angels. Cohorts are deliberately small (15-30 teams) and run three times a year. The firm emphasizes mentorship, peer support and investor access over capital, and operates from a New York City office in SoHo.
