Amy Salerno is Co-Managing Partner and has served as CFO of Siddhi Capital since November 2020, and as CFO of Rotor Acquisition Corp. since September 2020. From 2016 to 2020 she was CFO and COO of insurance technology firm Covr Financial Technologies, where she sits on the Board of Directors, and previously she held operational roles at Pioneer Wealth Partners, Greentech Capital Advisors, BroadStreet Capital Partners, and Lehman Brothers. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Melissa Facchina co-founded Siddhi Capital with Steven Finn in March 2020 and serves as Managing Partner of its early-stage venture fund focused on the food and beverage industry. She has over 25 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing and services, and in 2016 launched Siddhi Ops, Inc., an outsourced operating firm that has worked with more than 300 food and beverage clients. Her earlier career included roles at ForceBrands, freelance consulting, and time at Johanna Foods, and she holds a B.S. in Behavioral Neuropsychology from Rider University.

Sam Potter joined Siddhi Capital in September 2021 with over 14 years of experience in corporate finance, private investing, and early stage companies. He began his career at Deutsche Bank in the Global Industrials Group before joining Ares Management's Direct Lending business in 2010, where he worked on middle market financings across industries including healthcare, software, and manufacturing. Since 2014 he has worked with early stage companies on finance, strategy, and corporate development, most recently as VP of Corporate Development for Rotor Acquisition Corp., and holds a B.S. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Amber Bylund is Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy at Siddhi Capital, which she joined in June 2022. She previously worked at General Mills, WhiteWave, Danone, and A Dozen Cousins, building a sales career focused on trade marketing, strategic planning, account and category management, product launches, and partnerships. At Danone she served as Trade Director overseeing $1B in annual revenue and led the Whole Foods customer team, and at A Dozen Cousins she built and led the strategic sales plan that expanded distribution and revenue.

Anne-Marie Packwood is Controller at Siddhi Capital, which she joined in January 2023, bringing over 20 years of corporate accounting, finance, and early-stage experience. She previously served as Director of Corporate Accounting at Vacasa, where she contributed to the company's 2021 IPO, and held finance leadership roles at Covr Financial Technologies, Engine Group, and Balihoo. Earlier in her career she worked in public accounting at firms in Boise and at Ernst & Young in Nurnberg, Germany.

Arnulfo Ventura joined Siddhi Capital in February 2024 as Senior Vice President of Strategy, bringing roughly seventeen years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry across eight brands and multiple categories. He previously served as CEO of Alter Eco Foods, which he led to an exit in 2023, and as CEO of Beanfields, where he oversaw a turnaround and growth. Earlier in his career he worked at Califia Farms and led corporate sales strategy at PepsiCo's NEB venturing and innovation unit, and he holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he founded the startup Cobá.

Brian Finn has more than 40 years of experience in financial services and private investments, including 26 years at Credit Suisse, where he held roles such as President of Credit Suisse First Boston, CEO of Credit Suisse USA, and Chairman and Head of Alternative Investments. He began his career in 1982 in M&A at The First Boston Corporation and was later a partner at private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. He retired in 2013 as Chairman and CEO of Asset Management Finance Corp and a Senior Advisor to Credit Suisse.

Cindy Stewart, PhD, is a food scientist and R&D leader with over 30 years of experience in the food industry. She is Founder and Principal of Innovative Food Science Consulting LLC, advising foodtech and biotech startups, venture capital firms, and food and ingredient companies. Her prior roles include Vice President of Open Innovation at Corbion, technology and innovation leadership at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences/IFF, and senior positions at PepsiCo, Silliker, and Nabisco; she holds degrees in Food Science from the University of Delaware and a PhD from Rutgers University.

Cody Berenson has worked at Siddhi Capital for five years, where he leads the firm's operations and services business, helping companies build business infrastructure and improve their operations and supply chains. He previously served as Head of Supply Chain for WTRMLN WTR and as Senior Manager of Operations and Supply Chain for Purity Organic, an organic RTD beverage company.

Dyllan Mattea joined Siddhi Capital in January 2022. He previously worked at Propeller Industries, supporting early-stage CPG companies through fundraising via financial analysis and capitalization strategy, and began his career in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets on leveraged buyouts and M&A for middle-market companies. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2018 with a degree in Finance and Italian.

Eric Manenkoff has over 14 years of operations experience and joined Siddhi in 2020 as Director of Operations, later focusing on commercialization and brand launches with an emphasis on meat alternatives and plant-based products. His background includes work in operational tools and software, COGS modeling, and financial analysis. Before Siddhi, he was Director of Operations at Peanut Butter & Co., where he oversaw inventory, production planning, supply chain, and led an ERP and EDI systems upgrade.

James Monsees has more than 15 years of experience as an executive and product designer. He co-founded JUUL Labs, serving as its Chief Product Officer from 2017 to 2020, and co-founded Pax Labs, Inc., where he was Chief Product Officer from 2015 to 2017; he also held CEO and COO roles at predecessor company Ploom Inc. Since 2020 he has worked as an independent investor and advisor on business and product strategy, and he holds a B.A. from Kenyon College and an M.F.A. in Product Design from Stanford University.

Laura Bair is VP of Operations at Siddhi Capital, bringing more than 15 years of experience in supply chain and operations management across warehousing and distribution, freight forwarding, and consumer packaged goods. She most recently served as Director of Operations at BIXBI Pet in the natural pet industry, where she implemented SOPs, built a transportation broker network, and managed inventory, demand planning, 3PL partners, and co-manufacturers. Earlier in her career as a freight forwarder, she handled international contract negotiations with marine shipping lines and transportation partners.

Lauri Kien Kotcher has spent over 30 years in consumer products as a C-suite executive, board member, and investor across companies ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar businesses. She was CEO of The Shade Store (2021-2022) and CEO of hello products (2015-2021), leading the latter through its 2020 acquisition by Colgate, and previously served as CMO of Godiva, Head of Global Brands at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, a partner and consumer-sector co-leader at McKinsey, and a Senior Advisor on the LCatterton Operating Partner team. She holds a B.A. from Princeton University and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Mandy Wombacker is Director of Operations at Siddhi Capital, bringing 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain within CPG, including inventory management, cost of goods modeling, procurement, supply and capacity planning, warehousing, and transportation. She previously worked as Senior Supply Chain Manager at the DTC supplement company Ritual, as Supply Chain Manager at Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows, and as Procurement & Logistics Manager at Bazooka Candy Brands. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marywood University.

Mark McPeak is a food industry professional with 40 years of experience, having held senior management roles at Kraft-Nabisco, Sara Lee, ConAgra, and McDonald's Supply Chain, as well as vice president positions at Quest Nutrition and No Evil Foods. At Quest, he helped grow the startup to more than $600 million in sales revenue within four years. His background spans Fortune 50 branded food companies, contract food manufacturing, and emerging food companies, with a focus on food safety and manufacturing innovation.

Natalie Huggins is Director of Operations at Siddhi Capital, with over 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain within the CPG industry. She has led supply chain strategy, commercialization, inventory initiatives, and cross-functional project execution for national brands, with expertise in supply planning, co-manufacturer partnerships, process optimization, ERP integrations, and large-scale product launches.

Paul Nardone is an Advisor at Siddhi Capital with over 25 years of executive leadership experience in food and beverage brands. He served as CEO of BFY Brands (maker of PopCorners, acquired by PepsiCo), Immaculate Baking Company (acquired by General Mills), Stirrings, and Annie's Homegrown, and was an Operating Partner at Sherbrooke Capital. He holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Shannon Dunwiddie joined Siddhi Capital in January 2026 as Accounting Manager. She previously worked as a Fund Controller at a fund administration company, handling financial reporting, capital activity, and audit/tax support for multiple venture capital and private equity clients, and held Senior Accountant roles at HeyDay and Skybox Capital. She holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul University.

Susan Guerin is a chief executive and board director with experience across family-owned and corporate businesses. Since 2014 she has led World Finer Foods, a specialty food and beverage company, as President and CEO, and previously co-founded and ran the consulting firm Stratham Hills Partners. Her earlier career included CFO roles at Sun Chemical Corporation and Lerner New York/New York & Company, finance leadership at Cendant, and management positions at Paxar and Unilever; she holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from New York University.

Susan Kilsby is a corporate advisor and operator with extensive board experience at large consumer and healthcare companies. She was named Chairman of Fortune Brands Home & Security in 2021 (on the board since 2015), and has served as a Non-Executive Director of Diageo, Unilever, and BHP, as well as former Chairman of Shire until its 2019 sale to Takeda. Earlier in her career she worked at The First Boston Corporation, Bankers Trust, and BZW/Credit Suisse, where she chaired the EMEA M&A group until 2009; she holds an MBA from Yale and a BA from Wellesley College.

Susie Bittker is a Vice President at Siddhi Capital, which she joined in July 2022. She previously worked as an Associate at private equity firm Wind Point Partners, evaluating and executing investments in the industrial products, consumer products, and business services sectors, and started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Bank of America's Healthcare group. She holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, with minors in Informatics and Human-Centered Computing.

Zachary Eagle joined Siddhi Capital in September 2023. He was previously an Associate at HarbourVest Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, where he evaluated and executed direct investments across technology, business services, and manufacturing. Earlier he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecom group at Guggenheim Partners. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
