Darrel Frater is Founder and Managing Partner of TGN Ventures, a pre-seed fund of funds that backs early-stage venture funds and select companies focused on expanding economic opportunity and building enduring value. He brings five years of venture capital experience from roles at Serac Ventures, Visible Hands, and Comcast, where he worked on fund formation, manager research, and investment diligence. Frater co-founded The Center for Faith & Business with his wife Roselly and is leading development of Plaza 210, a faith-driven entrepreneurial campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Jackie Byun is Senior Manager of Advisor Operations at Savvy Wealth, a Series B fintech company backed by Index Ventures, where she oversees post-sales operations including sales workflows, compliance, and automation systems. Previously, she held roles in venture capital at Visible Hands VC, where she supported early-stage founders and built partnerships with Google for Startups, and in growth strategy at Parfait, an AI-powered consumer company, where she developed an enterprise offering and supported expansion into Ulta Beauty. Her background spans venture capital, consumer technology, and fintech operations.

Lokilani Hunt is Senior Vice President, Head of Principal Venture Investments at M&T Bank, where she oversees strategic venture partnerships and early-stage growth initiatives. She holds a pre-law degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA with a graduate certificate in Venture Finance and Sustainability. Her background includes work with startups and marketing growth teams across the venture ecosystem.

Matthew Berman is Head of Programmatic at Google with experience in digital advertising and business development. He is an angel investor in Bombas, Jolie, Visible Hands, Sway, and Local Infusion, and serves as an advisor to Serac Ventures.

Michael Omenazu is Director of Community Engagement and External Affairs at Boston Legacy FC, where he serves as one of the organization's founding members. With over 16 years of experience in community engagement, social impact, and innovation, he has secured multimillion-dollar funding across corporate sponsorships, philanthropy, and venture capital initiatives, including a $10 million fund supporting early-stage entrepreneurs and a $252 million public-private partnership that delivered community benefits in Boston. His background includes consulting work with major public school districts and developing programs that have distributed over $2 million in direct community investments.
