He previously spent nine years at Octopus Ventures as Venture Partner Manager, leading marketing and corporate connections and overseeing investments alongside a syndicate of angel investors, and earlier held roles at NESTA Investments, Oxford Innovation (managing the Oxford Investment Opportunity Network), and the University of Toronto's Technology Transfer Office. He also chairs the Clean Growth Fund and co-founded and chaired the Venture Capital Trust Association.
