Alex Bodney is a Co-Founder and Partner at Midnight Venture Partners, bringing operational and business development experience to the team. He previously managed internationally televised events for the PGA TOUR and later founded a consulting group focused on creating new revenue opportunities for experiential marketing agencies.

Ben Davis is an entrepreneur who founded Midnight Venture Partners. He works on deal structure and operations, with a focus on building sponsored platforms that generate proprietary business opportunities.

Chris Aydam has a background in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance and strategy. He managed M&A activity across multiple verticals at Trinity Industries and Arcosa, and led strategy initiatives at Dell Technologies. He has served at the board level with Bryan's House.

Dan Weinberg spent about a decade working across corporate and startup environments. In 2015 he founded FANCHEST, Inc., a direct-to-consumer gifting company that reached the INC. 5000 list. Earlier he was Vice President, Global Partnerships at Tough Mudder and a Director at NBC Sports overseeing revenue and strategy for owned events.

Jane Mooney is a partner at Midnight focused on deal structure. She previously worked as a consumer investment banker and finance professional, and is a founding partner of CapStream Group. She also runs a consulting firm with Jim Scully, former CFO of J.Crew, advising start-up brands and Fortune 500 companies.

Ken Meyer has over 30 years of experience in the organic and natural foods retail industry. As EVP of Operations at Whole Foods Market, he oversaw store operations, development, design, and innovation, along with the global culinary and hospitality team and the global supply chain and retail operations support team.

Mitch Stoller is an entrepreneur and operator with a background in digital marketing. He co-founded Group SJR, a content marketing agency that WPP acquired in 2013. He currently leads Red Krypton, a consultancy that helps direct-to-consumer brands acquire and retain customers.

Mitch Stroller is Chairman of Literate.ai, an AI platform for marketing and communications. He founded Red Krypton, which builds and invests in digital brands, and previously founded Group SJR, a digital consultancy focused on insights and content creation, which WPP acquired in 2013.

Peter Simon is Partner, Strategic Growth at Midnight. He founded and leads Simon Sports, a global investment firm active in teams, media, technology, and entertainment. He has a longstanding interest in consumer packaged goods and health/wellness.

Ryan Springer is an operator with experience managing high-growth consumer packaged goods brands. At The Touch Agency, he worked on revenue growth across more than 20 brands, and he previously founded a spirits company.

Cate Davis works as a Senior Analyst at Midnight, with a background in venture investing and fund operations. She previously worked at a family office where she helped establish and manage its alternatives investing strategy, and before that served as Associate Director of the Baylor Angel Network, handling deal sourcing, investor relations, and investment operations.
