Arjun Anand studied mechanical engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology & Science before earning an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He worked as a management consultant at Kearney, advising consumer goods, telecom and private equity clients on topics including sales and marketing strategy, cost transformation and organization design. At Verlinvest he heads the India and South East Asia business and runs the firm's Singapore and Mumbai offices, focusing on consumer investments.

Ben Black studied the History of Ideas in London and Hong Kong and began his career at Hawkpoint Partners in London, working on private equity M&A, IPOs and refinancings for growth consumer businesses. He joined Verlinvest in early 2016, where he leads the European Growth team and London office and is responsible for the firm's FMCG practice globally, including supporting the international expansion of portfolio companies. He focuses on mission-driven consumer brands that combine profit and purpose.

Rachel Citera graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with honors in Economics. She began her career in the Global Industrials Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley, then worked as a Private Equity Associate at New Mountain Capital before joining Verlinvest, where she sources and executes investments and supports portfolio companies. She focuses on consumer, retail, and digital brands, including areas such as food and beverage, beauty, and health and care.

Sacha Barry covers consumer and healthcare investments at Verlinvest, with a particular focus on France, Italy and Spain. He previously spent seven years as a Principal at L Catterton in Paris, leading consumer investments and divestments and managing portfolio companies in Europe, and began his career at the Boston Consulting Group in its Principal Investment & Private Equity practice. He holds MScs from Mines ParisTech, HEC Paris and MIT Sloan.

William De Vliegher was born in the US and raised in Brussels, Belgium, where he earned a BSc and MSc Double Degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School and QTEM Master's Network. He previously interned in strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group and as an Investment Analyst at Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, then spent time at AB InBev in Belgium, the Netherlands, and London, where he led the Commercial FP&A function for the Western Europe Business Unit. At Verlinvest he works with investment teams, founders, and management to drive value creation across the firm's consumer portfolio companies.

Lopo founded and led hair and beauty booking platform Treatwell (2008-2019), growing it into a European market leader through acquisitions. He previously co-founded Cyber Dialogue and Fulcrum Analytics and served as MD of Lifestyle at lastminute.com. A long-term Verlinvest family member, he co-founded V3 Ventures in 2021 and leads investments across Europe, the UK and the US.

Alexandre de Selys joined Verlinvest in September 2021 as Corporate and M&A legal counsel, supporting the investment team on legal aspects of evaluating opportunities and executing investment and divestment decisions, as well as general corporate matters for the Verlinvest group. Before that, he spent ten years as a lawyer at Linklaters LLP in Brussels, working mainly on private and public M&A transactions. He holds a Master's Degree in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and an LLM from the College of Europe, Bruges.

Anne-Sophie De Clercq holds a Master's Degree in Law from the Université Catholique de Louvain and an LLM from Duke University School of Law, and is admitted to the New York Bar. She practiced law in Brussels and New York with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and White & Case for five years, then served as legal counsel for the general partner of the Natural Resources Value Fund in Luxembourg. Since 2017 she has worked as a Corporate and M&A lawyer at Verlinvest, supporting the investment team on legal documentation and coordinating ESG efforts internally and with portfolio companies.

Gaby Fernández Scala joined Verlinvest in 2024 to lead global marketing and communications, working with the investment team and portfolio companies on the firm's positioning. She was previously Head of Communications & Partnerships at DRVE and held roles at SOSV, Seedstars, and Startups.be. Born and raised in Argentina, she has worked across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Social Communication and Journalism.

Sophie Farroul joined Verlinvest in July 2025 as a Communication Specialist, working on content creation and message distribution across internal and external channels. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from EPHEC Business School and has nearly 10 years of experience in communication, marketing, and media, including agency work on campaigns for Dyson, Puig, and Uniqlo. Before Verlinvest, she was a Media Planner at RTBF, Belgium's public broadcasting organization.

Thibault Biebuyck joined Verlinvest in 2016, where his work covers portfolio monitoring, reporting and valuation as well as various financial, HR and IT matters. He previously served as Vice-President of the Luxembourg-based Natural Resources Value Fund and spent nearly seven years at Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division (M&A and Capital Markets) in London and Dubai. He holds a Master in Management Engineering with a finance specialisation from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and completed an exchange at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Wouter De Wit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Thomas More and a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Management from Vlekho Business School Brussels, with a financial background across multinational companies, mainly in food and beverage. At Verlinvest, he is responsible for controlling and reporting (internal and external), tax reporting obligations, and supporting financial and tax audits.

Abhiram is an early-stage investor with extensive experience in consumer brands, consumer technology and financial services in India and Asia. He previously worked at Fireside Ventures, 360 One Asset Management's PE team and Invest India. He holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth and is a chartered accountant. He worked with Verlinvest in 2022 and joined V3 Ventures as a founding member in 2023.

Abhiram is an early-stage investor focused on consumer brands, consumer technology and financial services in India and Asia. He previously worked at Fireside Ventures, 360 One Asset Management, and Invest India. He holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and is a chartered accountant. He joined V3 Ventures as a founding member in 2023.

Arjun founded Dr. Vaidya's in 2016, building it into India's largest Ayurvedic D2C brand before selling it in one of India's first D2C exits. He previously studied at Brown University and worked at L Catterton in India. He joined the Verlinvest family in 2021 and co-founded V3 Ventures, leading investments across India and Asia.
