Chris is a General Partner at CJM Ventures and a professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, teaching courses on entrepreneurship, venture capital, and private equity. He previously served as a Managing Director at Madison Dearborn Partners where he oversaw more than $2 billion of equity investments in industrial, consumer, and energy sectors.

Jeff is an Operating Partner with over twenty years of sales and executive experience in public and private organizations, including over a decade working with private equity sponsors. He currently serves as CEO and Executive Chairman of Inovar Packaging, a digital printing company, and previously held senior leadership roles at Fort Dearborn Company and RR Donnelley. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University and a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Michael is a Partner at Zenfinity Capital, an investment firm founded by the co-founder of Sprouts Farmers Market focused on identifying and financing growth of mission-driven businesses in retail, food, and beverage. He has over 15 years of investment experience and has completed more than 40 private transactions, primarily with high net worth families.

Nick is an executive at PLZ Aeroscience, founded in 1939 as an innovator in aerosol technology. PLZ is a leading manufacturer of specialty aerosol and liquid products that has produced over four billion cans of industrial and consumer products.

Todd spent over three decades in leadership roles at Cargill, recently retiring as head of the company's global protein and salt businesses. He was a member of the Cargill Board of Directors, oversaw major acquisitions, and served on the Cargill Leadership Team responsible for strategic direction and capital allocation.
