Nick Efstratis is a co-founder and co-Managing Partner of EPIC Ventures and a Managing Partner of Zions SBIC, the venture capital fund of Zions Bancorporation. He was previously an officer of MACC Private Equities, a publicly traded Business Development Corporation, served on the board of directors of the publicly traded company INST, and was a member of the founding management team at NetDocuments; earlier in his career he worked in the Business Development Group at Excite.com and co-founded Ranchlife Adventures, a cattle and guest ranch in Montana. He holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the Marriott School at BYU.

Geoff Swindle is Chief Executive Officer at Headlight. His background includes expertise in business strategy, interactive marketing, solution selling, business development, and early stage business operations.

Jason Lang is co-founder and CEO of Crimson Health, a pharmaceutical executive with experience in drug distribution, pharmacy sales, and healthcare business development. His work focuses on independent pharmacy procurement optimization, drug supply chain strategy, and pharmacy network development. Lang has built and led sales teams in pharmaceutical distribution and advises on topics including off-contract purchasing, PBM reform, specialty drugs, and regulatory compliance.

Karl Sun is co-founder and board chair of Lucid Software, a visual collaboration platform used by over 30 million users across 180 countries. The Utah-based company, founded in 2010, serves 99 percent of the Fortune 500 through its Lucidchart and Lucidspark products and maintains partnerships with major technology firms including Google, Atlassian, Amazon Web Services, Salesforce, and Microsoft. Sun also serves as a board member and advisor to non-profit organizations.

Lina Nilsson is a Venture Partner at EPIC Ventures and Chief Platform Officer with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams in machine learning, biology, engineering, and chemistry. She has directed research spanning from robotics-based data generation to machine learning systems for scientific analysis, and has contributed to technical strategy during M&A, fundraising, and public company transitions. Nilsson has published commentary on women in technology, startup practices, and open science in outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post, and Science, and speaks on applications of AI in biopharma.

Mason Victors is the founder of Extensibility AI. He previously worked at Recursion and Zanskar, with approximately ten years of experience in drug discovery and deep technology applications. His background spans building technologies, systems, and teams across startup environments.

Brad Wiskirchen is an Industrial Partner at CVC Capital Partners and currently serves on the Board of Directors at SheerID. He has held multiple board positions across technology and business organizations, including Kount, ClickBank, and Keynetics, and has been recognized with awards including induction into the Idaho Technology Hall of Fame and Idaho Innovator of the Year. His background includes legal practice, involvement with the Idaho State Bar Association, and advisory roles with academic and economic development institutions.

Chris Stone is a technology executive and advisor with experience spanning software development, open source computing, and corporate leadership. He contributed to foundational technologies including CORBA at the Object Management Group and held executive roles at Novell, including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice Chairman/co-CEO, where he oversaw acquisitions and invested in companies including Red Hat Software. Stone has subsequently served as CEO of multiple startups, venture capitalist, Chief Products Officer at Acquia, Senior Vice President at Oracle, and currently serves on five technology boards while providing consulting to private equity firms.

David Liu is founder and CEO of Liucrative Endeavors, a merchant banking firm providing strategic consulting and investment to growth-stage technology companies across artificial intelligence, commerce, content, entertainment, internet of things, online advertising, and software. He also serves as president of La Mesa Capital, which invests in public and private technology companies, and as CEO of Liucrative Media, which produces entertainment and finances projects from Asian American filmmakers and other underrepresented creators. Liu additionally holds the position of Vice Chairman at MobilityWare, a mobile app developer.

Dean Robison is an Enterprise SaaS executive and Naval Academy graduate who served as a Marine Corps artillery officer, including deployments to Okinawa and a command role during Operation Support Hope in Rwanda in 1994, before separating in 1998 as a Gunnery Instructor at Fort Sill. At Salesforce, he has held roles spanning Professional Services, M&A integration strategy, and positions within the Office of the CEO and Office of the Chief Operating and Financial Officer over nearly two decades. He serves as Executive Sponsor for Vetforce, a 6,500-employee global Business Resource Group at Salesforce, and Salesforce Military, a community of over 89,000 veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

Dennis Schmuland is a physician and healthcare entrepreneur who previously served as Chief Health Strategy Officer at Microsoft, where he founded and led the US health insurance vertical from 2005 to 2012. He holds an MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine and undergraduate degrees in psychology and chemistry from Seattle Pacific University, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Schmuland currently serves as a board member at EvergreenHealth and on advisory boards for multiple healthcare organizations and academic institutions, while maintaining investments in healthcare ventures.

Gretchen McClain served as President and CEO of J.M. Huber Corporation and as founding CEO of an S&P 500 global industrial company. She has held leadership positions in Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and family-owned businesses across multiple industries. McClain currently serves as a board member at AMETEK and Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation, and previously provided advisory services to the Carlyle Group.

Jim Engebretsen serves as a Board Member at Farmer Mac. He advises business leaders on funding, marketing, and strategic growth, drawing on experience from Goldman Sachs and the Marriott School.

Josh Coates is the Executive Director of the B. H. Roberts Foundation, a position he assumed in November 2020. Previously, he served as Executive Chairman of Instructure, Inc., an educational technology company he led as CEO starting in 2010 through its 2015 IPO and subsequent sale to Thoma Bravo in 2020. His earlier career included founding Scale Eight, a scalable storage software company acquired by Intel, and Mozy (later Berkeley Data Systems), a cloud backup service that grew to over 300,000 customers before its sale to EMC in 2007.

Larry Augustin is CEO and co-founder of Brief - Executive Intelligence. Previously, he served as VP of Applications at AWS overseeing services including Contact Center, Marketing Automation, and Productivity applications, and as CEO of SugarCRM, where he grew the company from $10M to $100M in revenue before its 2018 acquisition by Accel-KKR. He has invested in and served on boards of multiple technology companies including GitLab, JBoss, XenSource, and VA Linux, which he founded in 1993 and took public in 1999; he holds degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University and the University of Notre Dame.

Maia Hightower is Chief Executive Officer at Veritas Healthcare Insights, which advises healthcare organizations on AI implementation and digital transformation. She previously served as Chief Digital Transformation Officer at UChicago Medicine and has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare technology and operational transformation. Her work focuses on AI maturity assessment, strategic alignment, compliance, and measurable value delivery in healthcare settings.

Mick Hollison is founder and CEO of RedLine Advisors, a Park City, Utah-based advisory firm focused on B2B technology marketing. With thirty years in software including roles as sales leader at IBM, CMO at InsideSales, global marketing and strategy executive at Citrix, and president of Cloudera, he works with enterprise companies to develop differentiated brand narratives designed to stand out in crowded markets. RedLine's methodology centers on the Authenticity Engine diagnostic framework and delivers typical clients a 30% improvement in message clarity within six weeks.

Mike Herring serves as Chief Financial Officer at Viz.ai, an AI healthcare company. He previously held CFO roles at Pandora during its expansion to $1.4B in revenue and subsequent acquisition by SiriusXM, and at Omniture through its growth from $20M to $350M and IPO on Nasdaq before its sale to Adobe for $1.8B. Herring holds a CPA credential and has experience with capital structure optimization, SaaS unit economics, and M&A transactions across multiple companies.

Nick Buroker is the founder of Bedrock Administrators LLC and Burlacher Clothing Brand. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and began his career in the private business sector, initially working in the construction industry before the 2008 financial crisis led to the company's closure. His experience navigating business challenges during this period has informed his subsequent entrepreneurial ventures.

Nick Mark is Managing Partner at Intermountain Ventures, where he focuses on healthcare investments. He works with entrepreneurs and organizations developing new approaches to healthcare challenges and advises founders and mission-driven organizations.

Paul Osmundson is the founder of TechDx Commercialization Consultants, a healthcare consulting firm focused on revenue generation and operational improvements for healthcare systems, laboratories, and physician groups. His background includes senior-level business development in oncology diagnostics, laboratory management and implementation, managed care reimbursement, and product launch strategy across U.S. markets. He has experience in contract negotiation, market penetration, sales strategy, and key opinion leader development.

Scott Cutler is Chief Executive Officer of HealthEquity, a publicly traded health savings account company. He previously served as CEO of StockX, President of StubHub, and held executive positions at eBay and the New York Stock Exchange, along with earlier experience in technology investment banking and securities law. Cutler serves on the boards of Brookfield Asset Management and Vibrant Emotional Health.

Shane Robison serves in board and advisory capacities focused on technology companies in Utah and Silicon Valley. His board experience spans public companies including ShoreTel, Fusion-io, and Altera, as well as private ventures in semiconductors, biometrics, and software services. He currently holds the position of Senior Technology Advisor and Board Member at Shane Robison.

Tommy Ahlquist is a physician and healthcare executive who serves as CEO and President of Ahlquist and Chairman of Summit Hyperbarics + Wellness. He has experience in commercial real estate development, having led projects totaling over 2 million square feet of office and retail space, and founded two nonprofits focused on youth education and workforce development.

Tracy George serves as President-Innovation and Chief Scientific Officer at ARUP Laboratories, a nonprofit reference laboratory of the University of Utah, where he oversees the Innovation Business Unit spanning diagnostics research, clinical trials, and emerging technologies. As a pathologist and Entrepreneur in Residence at DigitalDx Ventures, George leads teams that support ARUP's work in precision medicine and laboratory diagnostics.
