David Endler is a General Partner and Co-Founder of Runtime Ventures, following a 25-year career in cybersecurity in which he founded two companies. He co-founded SpyCloud in 2016 (account takeover and anti-ransomware) and earlier started Jumpshot, an anti-malware firm acquired by Avast in 2013, and led security teams at TippingPoint, iDEFENSE, MIT, Deloitte, and the NSA. He holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from Tulane University and has authored multiple patents and books.

Founder of StoneMill Ventures and former CISO at Zscaler, where he was a founding team member who spent a decade building its research team and security model. He previously helped build SPI Dynamics (acquired by HP) and iDEFENSE (acquired by VeriSign), and turned to full-time angel investing after Zscaler's 2018 IPO.

Elisa Yan is an Analyst at Runtime Ventures, where she analyzes cybersecurity deal flow, builds investor communications, and supports portfolio engagement. Before Runtime, she gained venture and finance experience at firms including Growth Factory Ventures and Silver Lead Partners, working on deal sourcing, market research, and investment committee preparation. She is pursuing a BS in Finance and International Business at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where she is a private equity analyst with Georgetown Student Capital Partners and a Global Business Fellow.

Ruoting Sun is a cybersecurity executive, investor, and advisor with experience across product and go-to-market roles. He is currently Chief Marketing Officer at GreyNoise, previously led Product at Secureframe, and held a leadership role at Duo Security, where he worked on an early Zero Trust offering and partnerships ahead of its acquisition by Cisco. He mentors early-stage startups on product-market fit and growth, holds a degree in Quantitative Finance, and previously worked as a quant trader.
