Tim Breen is Chief Executive Officer of GLOBALFOUNDRIES (GF), appointed in 2025 after joining the company in 2018. Téa Williams is Senior Vice President of Silicon Photonics and RF Businesses at GlobalFoundries, appointed in 2026, where she oversees the company's silicon photonics and RF businesses serving markets such as mobile devices, IoT, automotive, and data centers. Vishal Mehra is Chief Information Officer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, which he joined in 2025 to lead the company's global digital transformation. Yew Kong Tan is Senior Vice President and General Manager of APAC Manufacturing and the GF Singapore site, where he oversees GF's Singapore operations and manages manufacturing partnerships across Asia-Pacific. He previously ran GF's 300mm and 200mm manufacturing operations in Singapore and led the scale-up of Industry 4.0 solutions across the company. He has 30 years of semiconductor industry experience and holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
