Miles Kilburn has held senior executive and board roles across numerous financial technology companies, with experience in electronic payments and financial services. His prior roles include EVP and chief strategy officer at Concord EFS, CEO of Primary Payment Systems (now Early Warning), and group EVP, CFO and general counsel at Star Systems. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Skadden Arps working on securities law and M&A, and holds a BA from the University of Washington and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.

Eric Varney has two decades of experience in investment banking and corporate finance within the financial technology and financial services sectors, having worked on over 50 advisory and capital raising transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia. His prior roles include positions at UBS, Macquarie Capital, Stifel, and Capital One, and he most recently served as Head of Financial Technology Investment Banking at Mizuho. He holds a BBA in finance and history from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

John Katzenmeyer has worked in the financial technology sector for about two decades, previously serving as a senior investment banker covering payments, wealth and investment management technology, lending technologies, and financial software. He held financial technology investment banking roles at Macquarie Capital, Stifel, UBS, and Banc of America Securities, and began his career as a corporate securities lawyer. He holds a BA from Duke University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
