Gregory Oberholtzer is CIO and Senior Managing Partner at WP Global Partners, with more than 30 years of investment advisory experience centered on alternative asset management and financial product structuring for institutional clients. Before WP Global he was a Director at WestAM, handling small and middle market buyouts, special situations, and co-investments, and previously held senior roles at Forstmann-Leff International's Global Derivatives Group and Jefferies Group's Analytical Trading Group. He holds a B.B.A. from George Washington University.

Tom Thompson has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry, along with a legal background and experience in mergers, acquisitions, and operations. He previously served as a Director at WestAM, where he handled international investments, special situations, and real estate and sat on the firm's executive and investment committees, and earlier was a Director in the Private Markets Group of Forstmann-Leff International. He holds a J.D. from Indiana University Law School and a B.A. in government from Bowdoin College.

Eric Assouad co-leads WP Global Partners' venture capital and growth equity investments. He previously worked on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications team at Boston Consulting Group and served as Vice President of Strategic Investments and Alliances at FIS, leading initiatives in digital, mobile, and big data technologies. He holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Eric Griffin is a Principal on the Investment Committee at WP Global Partners, where he works on sourcing and diligence for private equity and debt investments. He previously worked in the Global Private Equity Group at Hewitt EnnisKnupp, sourcing and evaluating private equity funds and co-investments and helping manage private equity portfolios for large pension clients. He holds a B.A. from Augustana College and an M.B.A. from DePaul University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Ryan Phillips co-leads venture capital and growth equity investments at WP Global Partners. He was previously an early employee at Envestnet Asset Management (NYSE: ENV), where he worked on fintech investment management strategies across venture capital, hedge funds, private equity, and socially responsible investments. He holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.

Ashley Frey is a Tax Manager at WP Global Partners, where she handles accounting functions for the firm's funds. She previously worked as a tax accountant in the financial services group at McGladrey LLP. She earned a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.

Austin Rehm joined WP Global Partners in 2022 and works on sourcing and investment diligence for private equity funds and equity co-investments, along with portfolio management and monitoring. He previously worked in Corporate Development & Finance at Salus, a WP Global portfolio company, where he evaluated M&A opportunities and supported growth strategy, and he interned at the firm in 2017. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University.

Bo Merchant joined WP Global Partners in 2022, where she handles accounting functions for various WP Global funds. She previously worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at PMA Financial Network, LLC and as a Hedge Fund Accountant at Swiss Financial Services. She earned a B.A. in Accountancy from DePaul University.

Charlie Mowry is Controller at WP Global Partners, where he manages the Accounting Team and oversees accounting, administration, financial reporting, and investment monitoring for the firm's COREalpha Series and other private equity funds. Before joining WP Global, he spent over a decade at KPMG, most recently as a Senior Manager in its Chicago Investment Management audit practice, providing assurance and audit services to financial services clients. He holds Master's and B.S. degrees in Accountancy from Miami University.

Dominic Rosado joined WP Global Partners in 2025, where he supports investment due diligence and monitoring of private equity funds and co-investments. He previously worked as an analyst at BMO and Wells Fargo, focused on credit underwriting for financial sponsor-backed transactions. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Jeff Baker joined WP Global Partners in 2019, where he handles sales for the firm's healthcare investments and its business development efforts. Over a 25-year career he has focused on healthcare technologies, previously serving as Chief Commercial Officer at HemoSonics and SWIPESENSE, and in sales and business development roles at EPOCAL, Wellness Environments, and i-STAT Corporation. He holds a degree in Business Administration from The University of Memphis.

Jim Wrolson is Director of IT and Cybersecurity at WP Global, overseeing the firm's technology strategy and infrastructure across enterprise networking, cloud and identity, endpoint management, business continuity, and security operations. He first advised the firm as an external consultant starting in 2012 before joining full-time in 2020, and works with the Investment and Compliance teams on M&A due diligence and data protection. He began his IT career in 1997, with earlier roles including work with Apple and a 2003 move to Best Buy to help launch an early Geek Squad operation in the Chicago market.

Johnny Perkins joined WP Global Partners in 2025 as an analyst, working on investment diligence, portfolio monitoring, and the investment process for equity co-investments and private equity funds. He previously interned in the private investments group at Moore Capital Management during the summer of 2024. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Computer Science from Wake Forest University.

Josephine Mendoza is Fund Controller at WP Global Partners, where she has worked since 2008, helping build the accounting function and overseeing administration and financial reporting for the firm's private debt and evergreen private equity funds. Her work includes annual financial statement audits, tax return preparation, quarterly reporting review, cash management, and investment valuation analysis. She previously worked as an investment portfolio accountant at Amalgamated Bank of Chicago, holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kerry Freeman joined WP Global Partners in 2017, initially on the Accounting & Cash Management team before moving to Investor Relations & Marketing in 2021, where she handles client management and marketing. Earlier in her career she was a Controller at Rotella Capital Management and a Manager in Financial Services at Arthur Andersen LLP. She holds a degree in Accountancy and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.

Lisa Walker is a Senior Principal Consultant with ACA Group's Investment Adviser division and serves as an outsourced chief compliance officer for WP Global Partners, where she handles compliance program reviews, mock regulatory examinations, policy reviews, and related reporting. Her areas of focus include private equity, alternative investments, and direct investments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional through FINRA's Wharton program, and holds FINRA's Series 65 license.

Mary Barrett is an Executive Assistant at WP Global Partners' Chicago office, where she supports the Chairman & CEO and the investment team and manages daily office operations. She previously provided administrative support to executives at Deloitte in Chicago and Dublin, Navigant, and BDO, including helping establish a new BDO office in County Galway.

Phillip Fulmer joined WP Global Partners in 2022 and is involved in the firm's business development efforts. He previously served as Athletic Director of the University of Tennessee from 2017 to 2021 and as head coach of the Tennessee Volunteers football team from 1992 to 2008. He was inducted into the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame in 2012.

Traci Breen joined WP Global Partners in 2014 and has over 20 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, and administration across private equity, venture capital, and capital markets firms. She previously served as CFO at Promus Holdings and as Vice President and Controller at CHS Capital, LLC, with earlier roles at Bank One, First Analysis Corporation, and Arthur Andersen. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

William Gonzales is a Fund Accountant at WP Global Partners, which he joined in September 2022. He previously worked as a Fund Accountant at SS&C Technologies and as an Assurance Associate in Financial Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
