Chief Compliance Officer overseeing legal, regulatory and compliance matters across the firm's management companies and funds. She joined in 2003 after roles at b-business partners and GE Capital IT Solutions Europe. Holds an MBA from Technical University of Berlin.

Legal Counsel advising on acquisitions, financing rounds and exits of portfolio companies since 2011. She began her career at Clifford Chance's corporate/M&A team before opening her own law office. Holds the 2nd state law exam from Munich University.

Fund Administration Manager responsible for the day-to-day business of the Luxembourg entities. She joined in 2021 after working as an accountant at Arendt Services S.A. Holds an MSc in Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt.

Executive Assistant responsible for overall office management since 2017 who also supports finance and investor relations and organizes the annual investors' day. She holds a CFA Certificate for Sustainable Investing and a postgraduate diploma from the University of Sheffield.

Senior Finance Manager assisting on investor relations, fund controlling and reporting, and part of the ESG team with a CFA Certificate for Sustainable Investing. He joined in 2022 after working as Investment Controller at Munich Private Equity Partners.

Senior Financial Accountant overseeing German accounting and assisting with financial and tax reporting for Cipio Partners Germany. She joined in 2022 after working as an accountant at Fritz Gosse GmbH.

Office Manager supporting the team with administrative matters and responsible for marketing and PR since 2024. She previously worked at Takeaway Express in operations roles. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ostfalia University.
