Previously spent about seven and a half years as a senior investor on Vista Equity Partners' Flagship Fund, and earlier worked at J.P. Morgan's M&A group and Sail Advisors. Juan Muldoon is a Partner and Co-Head of Ventures at Energize, involved in sourcing, thesis development, diligence, network management, and portfolio support. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Notre Dame.

Katie McClain has two decades of energy industry experience across private and public sectors. As Partner and COO at Energize, she handles portfolio support, sourcing, due diligence, investor relations, business development, policy and communications, oversees firm operations, and leads the platform team. She previously served as VP of Public Affairs at Invenergy and sits on the boards of Jupiter Intelligence and NCX.

Kevin is a partner on the Energize investment team leading its Endurance strategy, with over a decade of experience in energy and renewables. He previously co-founded early-stage climate firm Intelis Capital, served as head of product at Choose Energy through its 2017 exit, and began his career at NRG.

Lauren leads Energize's post-investment platform services through Energize EDGE and oversees the firm's impact and responsible investment initiatives. She previously spent 15 years at KPMG advising on M&A, sustainability, and ESG transformation, and holds a BBA from University of Wisconsin, Madison, is a CPA, and holds a CFA ESG investing certificate.

Ana is a principal on Energize's investment team, focused on due diligence, market sizing, financial evaluation, deal sourcing, and portfolio development. She previously was a senior associate at Insight Partners and a private equity consultant at McKinsey & Company, and holds a B.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University.

Meredith is a principal supporting Energize's Endurance strategy, working on due diligence, market sizing, financial evaluation, and post-close value creation. Before Energize she spent five years on the private equity investment team at Vista Equity Partners and holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Communication from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Sam is a principal on Energize's Endurance team, working on thesis development, sourcing and evaluating investments, and portfolio value creation. He previously spent five years at True Wind Capital evaluating industrial technology investments, and earlier held roles as Co-CFO at Active Interest Media, investor at Wind Point Partners, and investment banker at Citi. He holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.

Aaron is a Portfolio Finance Analyst at Energize supporting the EDGE value creation team within Finance & Operations, focusing on portfolio data analytics and financial reporting. He previously worked as a Portfolio Data Analyst at Granite Creek Capital Partners and holds a B.S.B. in Finance and Business Analytics from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Previously earned an MBA with a Sustainability Certificate from MIT Sloan, worked at Fifth Wall's climate-tech team, and began her career at McKinsey before joining an early-stage fintech startup.

Previously an associate at Initialized Capital covering climate, enterprise software, healthcare, and frontier tech, and worked at Altaris Capital and EY-Parthenon. Becks Bondi leads firm-wide operations, talent systems, and strategic initiatives at Energize, working closely with the COO. She previously held Chief of Staff and VP of Strategy and Operations roles at General Assembly, and began her career in the performing arts. She holds an M.A. in Nonprofit Management from NYU.

Chloe manages Energize's events and programs, working with the EDGE team to integrate community across the firm's platform pillars. She previously was a senior content manager at the Executives' Club of Chicago and began her career at the nonprofit Madonna Mission. She holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from DePaul University and a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.

Chris Bozzetti is a CPA with over eight years of accounting experience across private and public companies, managing Energize's operations, financial reporting, and budgeting for its management company and fund entities, and assisting with portfolio valuation, investor reporting, and due diligence. He previously worked at GCM Grosvenor and Miller Cooper & Co., and holds a Master's of Accounting Science and B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Eileen is a principal at Energize involved across the investment process from sourcing and diligence to portfolio support, and helps identify new investment trends through her sustainability background. She previously worked on sustainability at Tyson Foods, on the investment team at Westly Group, and at La Mer International and Deloitte Consulting.

Associate on Energize's Endurance team focused on evaluating and executing investments through due diligence, market analysis, and financial modeling, and on sourcing companies. Previously an investment banking analyst at Nomura Greentech advising on M&A and capital raises for growth-stage energy and mobility companies; holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Grace Murphy supports ESG and impact initiatives across Energize and its portfolio, working on impact strategy, reporting, and sustainability goals. She previously worked as a consultant at Bridge House Advisors conducting ESG due diligence and emissions reporting, and holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University.

James Murphy is CEO and co-founder of Invenergy LLC, North America's largest independent power producer, which has developed over 220 energy projects totaling more than 38 gigawatts of generating capacity since its 2001 founding. Over a four-decade career in energy, Murphy has raised more than $75 billion in corporate and project financing for Invenergy and held leadership positions including CFO at SkyGen Energy and manager at Arthur Andersen. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and a CPA certification, and currently serves as chairman of Illuminate USA and on boards including Reactivate LLC and the Investment Committee of Energize Capital.

Jarell Mason is a Senior Manager of Corporate Development at Palmetto with over six years of experience in the oil and gas industry, where he focused on optimizing complex systems and assets. He has venture investing experience across clean energy, industrials, cyber, e-commerce, fintech, and alternative medicine sectors, and brings expertise in strategy consulting and financial analysis. Mason holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree from Penn State University.

Jeff Schmidt leads commercialization at Energize, supporting portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy, sales, customer success, and business development, and connecting portfolio firms with Energize's strategic LPs and corporate network. He previously supported portfolio business development at Norwest Venture Partners and served as CRO of DroneDeploy, with prior roles at ClearSlide, Hightail, and Pivotlink.

Kelsey Bolander provides executive support to Energize's partners and manages office operations and team coordination at the Chicago headquarters. She previously worked across product, operations, and creative roles at two consumer tech startups and holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Principal on Energize's investment team focused on thesis creation, portfolio development, and sourcing new opportunities. He previously worked as a chemical engineer at ExxonMobil and at Bernhard Capital Partners, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a chemical engineering degree from UT Austin.

Founder and Executive Chairman of Invenergy, North America's largest independent power producer, with over 45 years across the energy industry. He chairs Energize's Investment Committee and is a noted energy-transition philanthropist, holding an MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Robiny manages Energize's brand and communications, translating the firm's research and investment activity into digital content, and supports portfolio companies on PR, brand positioning, and content strategy through the EDGE portfolio services team. She previously worked as a freelance marketing consultant, a marketing coordinator at a Manhattan digital studio, and a high school English teacher.

Suzanne supports Energize's operations, financial reporting, portfolio valuation and investor reporting. She previously worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young focused on financial services, and holds MPA and BBA degrees in Accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin.
