Ryan joined Apollo in 2015 and is a Partner and Co-Chief Credit Officer at Apollo Asset Management, responsible for investment risk and underwriting. He was previously Chief Risk Officer at Citibank and held senior risk roles at Citigroup.

McNulty joined Apollo in 2014, is a Managing Director in Apollo's Private Origination business, and has served as President and CIO of MFIC since August 2022. He previously ran mezzanine and merchant banking at a Mitsubishi UFJ subsidiary and held roles at JPMorgan.

Matas formerly chaired Citigroup's Leveraged Finance business and held leadership roles across leveraged finance and high yield capital markets. She serves as a director of BRP Group and a trustee of MAIPL.

Whonder became a Director in August 2022 and was Policy Director at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck advising financial services and housing clients. She founded womenswear brand OF WHONDER and serves on the board of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance.

Stein became a Director in March 2004 and is the Lead Independent Director. He chairs Acertas and Senturion Forecasting and serves on the board of BellRing Brands and as a trustee of the New School University.

Pearlman became a Director in March 2023 and is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Liberation Investment Group, an investment management and consulting firm. He has served on numerous public company boards including Diebold Nixdorf and QualTek Services.

Hannan has been a Director since March 2004 and served as Chairman from 2006 to 2022. A Senior Advisor of Apollo Management, he co-founded Apollo Management in 1990 and was MFIC's CEO from 2006 to 2008.

Durkin joined Apollo in September 2025 as Chief Accounting Officer of MFIC and MidCap Apollo Institutional Private Lending. He was previously a Principal at Churchill Asset Management and a Manager at Ernst & Young.

Seifert joined Apollo in 2015 as a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team and serves as CFO and Treasurer of MFIC and several other Apollo funds. He was previously a Senior Manager at KPMG and Rothstein Kass.

Hester joined Apollo in 2015 and serves as General Counsel, Global Wealth, and as Chief Legal Officer for MFIC and multiple Apollo funds. She previously practiced at Dechert and Clifford Chance advising registered investment companies.

Reinfrank became a Director in June 2013 and serves on the boards of MidCap Apollo Institutional Private Lending and Mount Logan Capital. Since 2009 he has been Managing General Partner of Riverford Partners, a strategic advisory and investment firm.

Del Giudice joined Apollo in 2022 as Chief Compliance Officer for MFIC and several Apollo funds. He previously served as CCO at Griffin Capital's interval fund platform and at Cipperman Compliance Services.
