Yujin Otsuka serves as Chief Representative of SBI Holdings' Representative Office in the Philippines and has 15 years of experience in venture capital and private equity investing across Japan and Southeast Asia. In addition to his role with the ICCP SBI Pacific Synergies Fund, he sits on the investment committee and boards of two other overseas SBI-related funds and on the boards of several companies SBI has invested in. He holds an MBA from SBI Graduate School and a BA in Economics from Waseda University in Japan.

Banatao is the Managing Partner of Tallwood Venture Capital and previously served as a venture partner at Mayfield Fund. He co-founded and exited several semiconductor companies, including Chips & Technologies, Mostron, and S3, developing early PC chip-set and graphics acceleration architecture, and was formerly Chairman of Marvell Technology Group and SiRF Technology Holdings. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University.

John C. Dean is a Managing Partner of Startup Capital Ventures. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Silicon Valley Bank, which provides banking services to early-stage technology and life sciences companies, and as Chairman and CEO of Central Pacific Bank, where he oversaw the bank's recapitalization and return to profitability. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and French from Holy Cross College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lawrence C. Qua is the founding Chairman and CEO of The Ionics Group of Companies, which includes Ionics EMS, Inc., Ionics Properties Inc., Iomni Precision Inc., and Ionics Inc. He serves as a director and member of the investment committee of ICCP Venture Partners, and is Chairman and Director of Aqua Holdings, Inc., as well as a director of companies in retailing and property development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University.

Maria Caroline (Carol) Torres joined ICCP Venture Partners in 1997 and oversees corporate governance and financial regulatory compliance. She has more than 20 years of experience in operations and financial audit across venture capital, private equity, and asset management businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accounting, from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines.

Maria Luisa V. Gallano, known as Louie, joined ICCP Venture Partners in 2000 and is responsible for controllership. She has more than 32 years of experience in accounting, audit, and controllership, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of the East in the Philippines.

Yoshihiro Ishiwata has worked with the SBI Group for over 11 years. Before relocating to Singapore to join SBI Ven Capital, he was part of the Overseas Business Department at the Tokyo headquarters, handling global strategic partnership deals and monitoring strategic investments in Southeast Asia, Russia, and Israel. He spent over 7 years in the group's Legal & Compliance Department working on matters such as international joint venture and investment contracts, and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Meiji University.

Yoshitaka Kitao is the CEO and Representative Director of SBI Holdings. He previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of SoftBank Group Corp. before SBI Holdings spun off from SoftBank, and earlier worked as an investment banker, including as General Manager in the Corporate Finance & Services Department III at Nomura Securities in Tokyo and as a Managing Director and Board Member at Wasserstein Perella & Co. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University and both an M.A. and B.A. in Economics from Keio University in Japan.
