Eric Horan leads Decisive Point's advisory practice, offering services to startups, government, and investors. He spent 10 years as a Government Contracting Officer for the Navy's major weapons systems and supported the Office of the Secretary of Defense on acquisition policy and streamlined acquisition authorities. He holds a BBA from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Thomas Hendrix is the Managing Partner of Decisive Point Group, which he founded. Before that, he worked at the alternative asset management firm Blackstone, and previously served nearly 10 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer, including as a Green Beret with combat deployments. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MSL in Government Procurement Law from George Washington University Law School, and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Keeley Marrocco is an Operating Partner at Decisive Point and Chief Operating Officer at Standard Nuclear. She previously worked as a financial analyst at Kraft Heinz in Revenue Management and Financial Planning & Analysis roles across several business units. She holds a degree in Government from Harvard University, earned in 2019.

Matt Williams is a Partner at Decisive Point, where he works on venture investment and advisory for early-stage technology companies. Before the firm, he spent two decades in the U.S. Army Special Forces, retiring as a Command Sergeant Major, and received the Medal of Honor for combat operations in Afghanistan. He now focuses on backing founders addressing national security challenges, and holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a B.S. from Angelo State University.

Jacqueline Blackburn is a Principal at Decisive Point, where she leads the firm's acceleration portfolio. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, she served in the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal community, leading forward-deployed teams on missions in the Middle East and Africa. Before Decisive Point, she was an investor at Scout Ventures and worked at J.P. Morgan on its early-stage Technology and Disruptive Commerce practice.

Julia van der Colff is a Principal at Decisive Point, where she works on venture investment, due diligence, and market research. She previously worked in financial services, including the technology investment banking group at Credit Suisse and at AIG Asset Management. She holds a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Intelligence & Cyber Operations from the University of Southern California.

Shawn Caton is a Principal at Decisive Point, where he provides advisory services to small businesses, government agencies, and investors. He started his career in federal procurement at Bloomberg's Government Contracting Division and later worked with defense R&D and naval engineering small businesses. He holds B.A. degrees in Global Politics and Sociology from Washington and Lee University and a Master's in Government Procurement and Cybersecurity Law from the George Washington University Law School.

Alex Jones is an Associate at Decisive Point, working on venture investment, market research, and portfolio company support. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he published research on Chinese propaganda. He previously worked in financial services at Samlyn Capital, a long-short hedge fund.

Brenna Alvarez is an Executive Assistant at Decisive Point, where she provides executive and administrative support to team members. She previously supported executives at cybersecurity and consulting firms in Austin, TX.

Laura Barnett is a Senior Associate at Decisive Point, where she oversees operations for the firm's Accelerator programs and Advisory service. She holds a BA Honors in Contemporary Dance from Northumbria University in England and founded Novelle Events Specialists, which delivered educational dance performances in schools and venues across the North East of England. After moving to New York in 2009, she worked across law firms and residential and commercial property management before joining the venture industry.

Liza Craig is a member of Decisive Point's Board of Advisors and an attorney at Reed Smith, LLP, where she works in the firm's Global Regulatory Enforcement Group with a focus on government contracting. She advises clients across the procurement process, including proposal submission, award disputes, contract compliance, and bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, and has handled matters involving weapon systems procurements, IT procurements, and cybersecurity compliance. Before Reed Smith, she spent over a decade as senior associate counsel with the Department of the Navy Office of the General Counsel, and she lectures on government contracts law at the George Washington University Law School.

Michael K. Nagata is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General serving on Decisive Point's Board of Advisors. He currently works as a Strategic Advisor and Senior Vice President at CACI and owns Hanada Bridge, LLC. His military career included leadership of Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) and service as Director of Strategic Operational Planning at the National Counterterrorism Center; he graduated from Georgia State University and the National War College.
