Dr. Ethan Goh is a physician-scientist who serves as Executive Director of Stanford ARISE (AI Research and Science Evaluation), where he leads multi-institutional efforts to evaluate and implement Large Language Model applications in healthcare, with work supported by ARPA-H, the Macy Foundation, and the Gordon & Betty Moore Foundation and published in Nature Medicine, Science, and JAMA Network. He is also Program Director of the Stanford Healthcare AI Leadership Program (HAILS), a Visiting Faculty Researcher at Google, and a Founding Editorial Board member and Associate Editor at BMJ Digital Health & AI. He previously practiced Internal Medicine, founded a digital health Q&A startup, and held roles within the NHS and the Ministry of Health; he holds a medical degree from Imperial College London and a Master's in Clinical

Gregg Shibata is Senior Principal, Corporate Development - Strategic Investments at Blue Shield of California. His work focuses on venture investment and building partnerships within the health plan sector, including coordinating across internal teams to support collaboration.

Jessica Chao is a healthcare entrepreneur, investor, and complex care delivery expert with over 15 years of experience. She earned a Pharm.D from the University of Washington, completed a residency at Johns Hopkins Medicine, and holds an MBA in Health Services Management from Johns Hopkins University. She co-founded a venture-backed consumer health information company, led product design at several digital health companies, and since 2015 has directed the Clinical Innovation Center at UCSF.

Julia Coelho is VP of Data and Digital Strategy at Topcon Healthcare, where she developed IDHea™, an AI-powered ophthalmology multi-modal real-world data platform. She has held C-suite and VP roles with P&L ownership across life sciences sectors including ophthalmology, neurology, genomics, and medtech, and previously built the commercial organization at Unlearn.ai for an AI digital twin used in neurology clinical trials. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Porto, and has experience as a VC advisor, angel investor, and board member.

Justyn Myers is a freelance creative specializing in visual design, writing, editing, branding, and content. Myers works with small businesses, companies, startups, and individuals to communicate their vision.

Kohei Banno is a Venture Fellow at Kicker Ventures and an MIT Sloan Fellow MBA candidate in the class of 2026. He cofounded TG Medical, a Japan-based medical device startup that raised venture funding and government grants, conducted clinical trials, and managed regulatory strategy across three countries before being acquired by a global medical device company; earlier, he spent a decade at Citigroup in Tokyo and Hong Kong covering fund managers and CIOs across global equities. He is also cofounding Lub Dub Lab, a voice AI platform for cardiovascular screening, and is developing an investment thesis on brain computer interfaces and neuromodulation.

Kosuke Mori is a product growth advisor working on a self-employed basis, with prior experience at Noom and Monarch Money. His work spans experimentation, go-to-market strategy, behavioral science, and data analysis. He also imports matcha through importmatcha.com.

Motoshi Hayano is an Associate Professor at the Division of Molecular Biology of Aging at Tokyo University of Science and an Assistant Professor at Keio University School of Medicine, with research focused on epigenome-mediated drivers of aging. He earned his Ph.D. in 2011 from the University of Tokyo, later conducting postdoctoral work in David A. Sinclair's laboratory at Harvard Medical School, where he developed the "ICE mouse" model of epigenetic aging. He co-founded One Genomics Inc. in 2023, where he leads aging research and aging clock development, and previously served as CSO of Tsubota Laboratory, Inc. from 2017 to 2024.

New Latthivongskorn is an attending physician at the University of California, San Francisco. He works on immigrant rights and was named to a Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Paul Huynh advises founders and venture ecosystems on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and narrative positioning, working with early-stage teams. He spent time at Google, where he helped launch and scale YouTube and the programmatic advertising ecosystem across Asia-Pacific. He is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of AIMSOO, which builds infrastructure to help small businesses represent their information accurately in AI systems, and holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Management from Tulane University.

Samantha Young is Chief Financial Officer at Redox. Her work focuses on finance strategy and operations in support of CEOs and leadership teams, including capital strategy and cross-functional team management within B2B SaaS companies.

Tamay Aykut is the founder and CEO of Sureel Inc., which he established in 2022 to develop explainable AI and patented attribution technology. He earned his PhD from TU Munich, receiving the Nokia Bell Labs Best Student Award and the Kurt-Fischer Doctorate Award, and served as a visiting assistant professor through Stanford's Junior Research Group Program, leading AI research at the Max-Planck Center. He has authored peer-reviewed publications and patents and served on Harvard's AI Subcommittee at the Wyss Institute.
