She previously served as Head of Investor Relations at Genesis Capital, a tech-focused growth equity fund, was an investor at a consumer-focused private equity fund, and was a founding team member of a tech startup, having started her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and is enrolled in the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Henry Brodie is Operating Partner and Chief Operating Officer of 1kx and a Director of 1kx Management Ltd, where he oversees operations, finance, compliance, and treasury across the firm's funds and management company. He joined in 2020 and built the firm's operating platform, working with the founding partners on capital formation, governance, and platform strategy. She has a background in neurobiology and behavioural science, and began her career building engineering, data science, and machine learning teams at startups in San Francisco, including WalkMe and Instacart. She later relocated to Bangkok to join ThoughtWorks as its first operations hire, helping to scale local teams and processes.

Chase Beeler is a Managing Director at Altamont Capital Partners (ACP), where he leads transactions in the industrials space, focusing on packaging, building materials, specialty distribution, and niche manufacturing. Before joining Altamont, he played in the National Football League. He holds an M.A. in Russian and Soviet History and a B.A. in History from Stanford University.

Prior to 1kx, he worked at OpenBlock Labs and developed expertise in on-chain analytics and data visualization using Dune. His work focuses on connecting economics with blockchain technology.

He previously spent five years building and leading data science teams focused on pricing, supply chains, and natural language processing at Wayfair, and worked for two years on BCG's risk team for financial institutions. He studied financial mathematics in Leipzig and at Rice University and founded a math education platform for students.
