Investment thesis
Horizon Capital is an operational fund backing exclusively Israeli-founded, software-driven startups across all verticals, filtering for strong fundamentals and bold founders. It typically provides the first institutional check at pre-seed or right after angel/friends-and-family funding, leading pre-seed rounds of $500K-$2M and seed rounds up to $5M, and continuing to participate in follow-on rounds. Its mission is to guide startups from seed to Series A as quickly as possible via a hands-on methodology, including a 12-month 1:1 CEO coaching program (Evolver), a founders-only community, and SaaS toolkits. The firm does not lead post-seed rounds or invest in growth-stage companies outside its portfolio.
