Ayaka Unno is a Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures, where she oversees operations, corporate partnerships, startup investments, and deal sourcing across Japan and Asia. Pegasus Tech Ventures, based in Silicon Valley, manages multiple multi-million dollar funds focused on investments in IT, healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, IoT, robotics, big data, virtual reality, augmented reality, fintech, and emerging technologies.

Mark Iwanowski is the owner and founder of Seer Business Systems LLC, where he works as an Odoo consultant. He specializes in selling and implementing ERP solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, providing support from initial consultation through post-implementation, with a focus on process adoption and improvement.

Toshitada Nagumo is an Office Administrator at Plexus Capital, LLC, with experience in administration, communication, and Lean Six Sigma. He holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications in information technology from Wake Technical Community College and has skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Bill Reichert is a General Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures who invests in emerging technology companies across sectors including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, healthcare, energy, materials science, education, and financial services. He has experience as an entrepreneur, mentor, board member, and educator. His investment approach centers on identifying technological trends and facilitating their commercialization.

Bruce Graham has been involved in early-stage venture capital, angel investing, and board leadership since 1991, with 22 portfolio exits including QuickLogic, Lightlogic, QuickTurn, Proxim, and numerous other technology acquisitions and public offerings. He previously worked at Intel in the 1980s developing chip technology, including work with TSMC. Graham currently serves as an investor and advisor at Scalvy while mentoring entrepreneurs through programs including Alchemist and TechStars, with portfolio involvement in companies spanning artificial intelligence, robotics, and electrification.

Harumi Akimoto is Partner and COO at Pegasus Tech Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture firm managing multiple multi-million dollar funds focused on IT, Health IT, artificial intelligence, IoT, robotics, big data, virtual reality, augmented reality, fintech, and emerging technologies. She holds a B.F.A. from State University of New York and brings over a decade of experience in merchandising and retail operations from roles at Valentino, Hugo Boss, and LVMH Group, as well as prior experience operating an eCommerce startup serving Japanese consumers globally.

Justin Jackson works on the finance team at Point One Navigation, where he focuses on automating functions across the organization. He was previously an Associate at Dolby Family Ventures, supporting a frontier tech fund with a focus on physical AI, and invested at NTTVC in early-stage B2B enterprise technology and digital health deals. Earlier in his career, he held software engineering and data science roles at Syapse and Hiya, and he holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.

Martin Tantow is a Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures who leads venture investments across the US and Europe, focusing on enterprise software, AI, clean tech, and industrial and deep tech sectors. With over 25 years of experience in venture capital and company building, he previously co-founded 3scale, an API infrastructure company acquired by Red Hat, and held leadership positions in corporate development and strategy at Box, Kii, and T-Mobile International. He serves as a board advisor to technology companies on growth, strategic positioning, and M&A matters.

Steve Payne is co-founder and partner at Architect Partners LLC, a Palo Alto-based investment bank providing M&A and capital raise advisory services across enterprise software, tech-enabled services, mobility, digital media, and AI/blockchain sectors. With over twenty years in Silicon Valley, he has facilitated more than one hundred venture financings and acquisitions, connecting startups with global technology companies and building relationships across U.S., Asian, and European venture ecosystems. Payne serves on multiple startup and nonprofit boards and mentors chief executives through several accelerator programs.

Mary Potter is a managing partner at Healthcare Angels and partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures with over 35 years of experience in entrepreneurship and investing, primarily in healthcare. She founded and sold a company to McGraw Hill and has served as an active angel investor for 26 years, including roles as a general partner at Keiretsu Capital and board member at the Fruth Family Foundation. She has advised multiple portfolio companies that achieved exits through IPOs or acquisitions.

Paula Newsome is the Fund Accountant at Plexus Capital, which she joined in fall 2012, where she handles fund accounting and cash management. She previously spent over a decade in consulting, starting her career at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.

Timothy Dick is a Partner at Startup Capital Ventures with a track record in software and hardware technology investments. He founded WorldPages, which completed a $1.1 billion IPO on the NYSE before being acquired by British Telecom, and co-founded Grassroots Enterprise, a political technology platform acquired by Edelman. Dick has served as director or investor in multiple technology companies including PlayFab, Xignite, TuneIn, Silvertail Systems, Interset, and TagArray, most of which were subsequently acquired by larger firms. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and serves as Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Hawaiʻi.

Mark Adams is a Strategic Communications Lead at Intel Corporation with experience in global marketing and communications across technology and advertising sectors, including roles at Pegasus Tech Ventures, Hewlett-Packard, and Young & Rubicam. He holds a degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Indiana University, with expertise in brand building, external communications, and corporate social responsibility. Adams is also a published author and real estate investor.
