Tak-Sing Wong is Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, with research spanning surface wetting phenomena, micro/nanomanufacturing, and bio-inspired technologies applied to materials science, water, environmental sustainability, energy, and biomedical devices. He earned a B.Eng. in robotics and manufacturing technologies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2003 and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009, and held a Croucher Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard University's Wyss Institute from 2010 to 2012.
