Investment thesis
ADvantage is one of the earliest VC firms dedicated to sports technology, backing early-stage founders across the global sports ecosystem. Its focus spans three areas: Fan Engagement (media, collectibles, VR/AR, fantasy sports, gaming), the Connected Athlete (performance tracking, wearables, fitness, health and wellness), and Derivative Sports (competitive gaming, esports, emerging leagues, and blockchain applications in sports). The firm leverages a sports network built over generations through the adidas legacy, giving founders access to leagues, teams, athletes, brands, media companies, and enterprise partners. Beyond capital, it offers strategic advice, operational support, and long-term partnership through every stage of company building.
