AngelDAO operates as a venture DAO premised on the inevitability of Web3 and the value of distributed systems. It focuses on supporting projects that drive global adoption and technological innovation in distributed systems and decentralized finance, offering venture, technical, and marketing support. The group uses a data-driven research process to identify opportunities while relying on collaborative consensus among DAO members. Its DAO is deployed on Aragon and Gnosis SAFE, whitelisting member Ethereum addresses to vote on decisions proportional to ownership, with a simple majority quorum based on current membership. The team has native blockchain experience spanning token model design, Web3 development, DeFi, UI/UX, marketing, and community organization.
