Holger Staude is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Springcoast. Before founding the firm, he was a Managing Director in the growth equity business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he focused on enterprise software investing, and earlier worked as an investment banker at Allen & Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.

Christopher Dederick is a Partner at Springcoast. He previously worked as a Principal at Searchlight Capital, where he focused on capital solutions for growth-oriented companies, and earlier was part of Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group, originating and underwriting growth equity investments in software and tech-enabled businesses. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Brown University.

Paul Pate is a Partner at Springcoast. He previously worked at Stripe as an internal strategy lead, contributing to the product roadmap and assessing strategic opportunities, and before that was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Growth, where he originated and underwrote growth equity investments in software and financial services. He started his investing career in Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group and holds a bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard University.

Susan Gately serves as Partner, CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at Springcoast. She previously held the role of Partner and CFO at Normandy Real Estate Partners, and earlier worked at the Gale Company as an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Accounting Manager, having begun her career at KPMG. Her background covers acquisition, valuation, financial reporting, compliance, opportunity funds and limited partnerships, and she holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Evan Nawrocki is a Principal at Springcoast. He previously served as a Vice President in the growth equity business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he originated and underwrote enterprise technology investments, and earlier worked in Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group on growth equity investments in software and tech-enabled businesses. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Brian Dhatt previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Commerce (formerly BigCommerce), where he oversaw global product and engineering, and was President of Feedonomics. Earlier he was CTO at Borderfree, a global ecommerce platform acquired by Pitney Bowes, and held technology leadership roles at Jetsetter, Gilt City, and POPSUGAR, which he co-founded. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University.

Charlotte Everett is an Associate at Springcoast. She previously worked as an Analyst on the Global Capital Markets team at Morgan Stanley, focusing on corporate credit issuances including client relationships, marketing, and transaction execution. She holds a bachelor's degree in Classics and Economics from Brown University.

Debra DeWitt is an Executive Assistant at Springcoast. She previously held roles as Executive Assistant at Energy Capital Partners, Business Manager at the single family office Finley Ridge Group, and VP of National Accounts at the IT contracting firm PeopleSourcer, and began her career at IBM as a national and international account manager. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Rutgers University.

Dominique Tetro is Senior Executive Assistant and Business Operations Manager at Springcoast. She previously served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Brighton Park Capital. She holds an Associate of Science degree from Boise State University.

George Jiang is a Vice President at Springcoast. He previously worked as an Associate on the investment team at THL Partners, focusing on growth and buyout deals in healthcare IT and services, and began his career in Goldman Sachs's Investment Banking Division advising industrial technology companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Kevin Clayton is Senior Advisor to Springcoast, bringing over 30 years of experience in marketing, management, fundraising, and investor relations. He established and led the Marketing and Client Relations department at Oaktree Capital Management from its founding and served on Oaktree's Board of Directors, and later was Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Energy Capital Partners. He holds a bachelor's degree in Government from Lehigh University and an MBA from St. Joseph's University.

Lisbeth McNabb is the former CFO and COO of the Linux Foundation, and previously served as CFO of Match.com and interim CFO of Illuminate Education. She founded DigiWorksCorp, a digital and data analytics SaaS company serving retail and enterprise customers, and earlier held leadership roles at Sodexo Education and PepsiCo Frito-Lay.

Russell Klein is an Executive in Residence and Operating Partner at Springcoast. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Commerce.com (formerly BigCommerce), where he grew revenue from $30M ARR to over $350M annually, oversaw multiple financing rounds and the company's M&A strategy, and co-led its IPO. Earlier, he co-founded and led SendMe as CEO and was an Entrepreneur in Residence at General Catalyst; he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Saamia Khan is an associate at Springcoast. She previously worked as an associate on the investment team at Insight Partners, where she sourced and evaluated Series A through pre-IPO software investments, and earlier held a role in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. She earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from Williams College.

Shan Kuang is a Vice President at Springcoast. She previously worked on the investment team as a Vice President at Turn/River Capital, where she sourced and underwrote growth and buyout investments in software, and earlier was an Investment Associate at Riverwood Capital focused on minority and majority growth transactions in technology companies. She began her career at Union Square Advisors advising software and technology companies, and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Torrel Hutchinson serves as Director of Finance at Springcoast. He previously held the role of SVP and Chief Compliance Officer at Cannon Hill Capital Partners, and earlier held accounting and finance leadership positions at Columbia Property Trust and Normandy Real Estate Partners. He earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bloomfield College and a master's degree in Accounting from New Jersey City University.

Tracey Newell is the former President of Informatica, where she oversaw global sales, marketing, and customer success. She previously served as global head of sales and customer success at Proofpoint, helping grow recurring revenues from $100 million to over $700 million, and earlier led the sales organization at Polycom. Her career also includes leadership roles in sales, channels, systems engineering, and operations at Juniper Networks and Cisco.

Waqar Islam is a Vice President at Springcoast and sits on the board of directors of Peek. He was previously Head of Growth at Arbor, an HR analytics software company, and before that worked in the growth equity business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, focusing on enterprise technology investments, having started his career in Goldman Sachs' Principal Strategic Investments group. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Princeton University.
