Andrew Freedman is an Operating Partner, Finance at Angeles Operations Group, where he evaluates new investment opportunities, conducts due diligence, and provides financial oversight across portfolio companies. He previously spent over 20 years as an Operating Partner at The Gores Group, leading financial and operational diligence and portfolio transformation across industrial, consumer, and technology businesses, and held board and audit committee roles at portfolio companies. Earlier he served as CFO of The Learning Company and held senior finance roles in consumer software, with early experience at Paramount Communications and in public accounting.

Frank Spelman is a Managing Director at Angeles Equity Partners, where he sits on the Investment Committee and Executive Committee and leads investments in chemicals, industrial goods, and industrial technology, manufacturing, and services. Before joining the firm in 2018, he was a Principal at Apollo Global Management and previously at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., having started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Gleacher Partners. Peter Kurto is an Operating Partner at Angeles Operations Group, where he handles evaluation and due diligence of new investments, post-close transformation, and portfolio oversight. He previously was an Operating Executive at Monomoy Capital Partners and held leadership roles including CEO of Columbus Industries, COO at H.M. Dunn AeroSystems, and CEO at AAF International, and began his career at General Electric. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.

Sam Heischuber is a Managing Director at Angeles Equity Partners, where he serves on the Investment Committee and Executive Committee and handles evaluation, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities. Before joining the firm in 2016, he worked as an investment professional at Platinum Equity's Lower Middle Market group and as an Associate at Sun Capital Partners, and started his career as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Wells Fargo in New York. Annie Chau is the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer of Angeles Equity Partners, having previously served as its Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer since the firm's founding in 2014, where she oversees internal operations and compliance. Before joining Angeles, she provided transaction advisory services as a consultant and worked at The Gores Group as an Associate and later Vice President, focusing on acquisitions and divestitures in the Industrials vertical. She began her career as an M&A analyst at Merrill Lynch and holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Brandon Gold is a Vice President at Angeles Operations Group, where he evaluates and conducts due diligence on new investment opportunities and oversees portfolio investments and post-close transformation. Before joining in 2023, he was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group working on private equity, aerospace and defense, and technology projects, and he previously held roles at PepsiCo and SpaceX. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Chetan Bhandari is Head of Capital Markets at Angeles Operations Group, where he oversees capital market activities for new and existing investments and manages relationships with public and private debt investors. He joined in 2025 after serving as Co-head of the Financing Advisory & Restructuring Group at Greenhill & Co., and previously held Managing Director roles at Lazard, GLC Advisors, Goldman Sachs, and UBS, along with senior finance positions at Toys "R" Us. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a Master of Studies in Law from the USC Gould School of Law.

His prior experience includes over a decade in the industrial and consumer sectors, with engineering roles at GE Aviation and a partner position at Boston Consulting Group leading performance improvement initiatives for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies.

Eshang Saini is a Vice President at Angeles Operations Group, where he evaluates and conducts due diligence on new investment opportunities and supports portfolio companies through post-close transformation. Before joining in 2025, he worked in the Finance Practice at Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, taking on interim leadership and secondment roles at Cerberus portfolio companies, and earlier began his career at Johnson & Johnson. Rachel Lee is Vice President, Finance at Angeles Equity Partners, where she handles the firm's financial and administrative matters, joining in 2022. She previously served as Controller at BentallGreenOak and as a Senior Fund Accountant at Canyon Capital Advisors, and began her career auditing hedge funds and private equity funds at Ernst & Young. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers Business School - New Brunswick and is a CPA (inactive).

Rodger Yuan is a Vice President at Angeles Operations Group, where he handles evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities, post-close transformation, and oversight across portfolio investments. Tanner Pattee is Head of Talent Acquisition at Angeles Operations Group, where he develops executive recruiting and talent management strategies across the portfolio. He previously led Go-To-Market Recruiting for ASG, the SaaS investing arm of Alpine Investors, and held talent roles at Clutter and Career Group Search. He holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA.

Taylor Grushen is the Office Manager at Angeles Equity Partners, handling office management along with administrative and accounting support. She joined the firm in 2025, having previously held an Office Manager role at MK Business Centers. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Loyola Marymount University.

Spencer H. Schneider is Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Patent Counsel at HCRx, where he built the firm's compliance program, oversaw its SEC registration as an investment adviser, and handles intellectual property matters within the transaction team. He is a registered patent attorney who previously served as a principal at Speyside Capital Advisors and as a senior lawyer in the IP groups of Dewey & LeBoeuf, Ropes & Gray, and Cooper & Dunham. He earned a BA in Biology from Columbia College, an MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from New York Medical College, and a JD from Cardozo School of Law.
