Investment thesis
Proof Group targets foundational infrastructure and protocols—novel economic networks, complex capital structures, and systems that move money and process data at scale. The firm invests with a long-term horizon, typically entering at inception, combining capital with operational expertise across infrastructure, validators, and liquidity provision. The partners leverage deep experience running critical systems at Goldman Sachs, CME, and early crypto institutions, as well as AI compute infrastructure. They also opportunistically acquire and reconstruct distressed or bankrupt technology assets.
