Carlos Heneine co-founded Quilvest Private Equity's Emerging Markets platform and its Advisory services focused on family office creation and optimisation, with a specialisation in private equity platform development. He has served on investment committees and advisory boards across private equity, and is based in the UAE as Senior Executive Officer of Quilvest Dubai, where he oversees co-investor relationships with regional family offices and institutions.

Fuad Egeli has more than 30 years of finance experience, with the past 24 focused on principal investments. Before Amakor Capital, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he most recently co-headed Strategic Transactions & Origination in the Commodities division; his 20-year tenure there spanned commodities merchanting, the Princes Gate Investors private equity fund, and M&A and leveraged finance investment banking across London and New York. He holds a BS in Engineering (Operations Research) and a Certificate in Public & International Affairs from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mark Bayley joined Amakor Capital in 2016 and oversees the firm's operational, financial, and compliance functions. He has over 30 years of experience across financial services and hedge funds, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer at Ebullio Capital Management and Head of Operations at Sofaer Global Research (UK) Limited and Astellon Capital Partners. Earlier in his career he worked in the equity derivatives department at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and in international equity settlements at Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW).

Raphaella Ricciardi works on corporate restructuring across the U.K. and international jurisdictions, concentrating on the finance, banking, energy, shipping, and retail industries. Her work has included advising on Avation PLC's bond restructuring and Voyager Aviation Holdings' Chapter 11 cases, acting as plan administrator for the US$1.19 billion China Fishery Group restructuring, and representing CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd. in Bermuda. She holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from Cornell University, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice in England & Wales and New York.
