Marc Cole is Co-Founder and CEO of SG Credit Partners and sits on its Investment Committee and Board of Directors. He previously invested in growth and situational lending at Mellon Ventures and was a Partner at Hamilton Investment Partners, and co-founded Bluefin Payment Systems in 2007, serving as its initial Chairman. He later joined Super G Capital as a Partner, where he raised capital and built a lending division with Charlie Perer that spun out to form SGCP in 2018. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University.

Andrew Hettinger is the Chief Investment Officer of SG Credit Partners, which he joined in September 2019. He previously held roles as Senior Managing Director at Crystal Financial, Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, Director at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin, and Senior Vice President at Deutsche Bank, and began his career at Bank of America as a commercial and asset-based lender. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.

Bill Drmacich joined SG Credit Partners in April 2026 to help expand its Commercial Finance lending business through sourcing opportunities and shaping group strategy. He has worked in lending for over 30 years, including nearly eight years at Ares in Atlanta and three years building a lower middle market lender, following earlier roles at Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC, and CIT. He holds an MBA from SUNY Buffalo.

Carlos Tan is a Managing Director at SG Credit Partners, where he handles originations, deal execution, and portfolio management, having joined the firm in October 2019. He previously worked as a Vice President at AloStar Capital Finance (a division of Cadence Bank) structuring and managing direct and syndicated loans, as a Senior Analyst at Chatham Capital, and as a Senior Valuation Consultant at Adams Capital, and began his career as a consultant at Manhattan Associates. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Charlie Perer is the Co-Founder and Head of Originations of SG Credit Partners, which he formed with Marc Cole in 2018 as a spin-out of Super G Capital to serve the lower middle market. He previously joined Super G Capital in 2014 to start its cash flow lending division and earlier co-founded Intermix Capital Partners, an investment and advisory firm serving small-to-medium businesses. He began his career in the Media Investment Banking Group at Oppenheimer & Co. and graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University.

Dan Looker is a founding member of SG Credit Partners' Software and Technology lending group, where he handles deal execution, portfolio management, and originations across software, cash flow, asset-backed, and guarantor-based transactions. He joined the firm in 2019, having previously worked as an Analyst at American Business Bank, a Los Angeles commercial bank serving middle-market companies, where he focused on credit analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio management. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from California State University, San Bernardino, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Karen Szafraniec began her career in 1999 in the First American Bank Operations Program before moving to its Commercial Loan Department in roles including Commercial Loan Officer and ABL Operations Manager. She later managed asset based lending operations at American Chartered Bank and served as Operations Manager for the ABL and Factoring departments at Gibraltar Business Capital. At SG Credit Partners she is Managing Director overseeing operations for the Consumer Products and Commercial Finance divisions, and she holds a BS in Finance and Economics from DePaul University.

Nathalie Butler is Managing Director, Underwriting at SG Credit Partners, where she handles structuring, underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management of collateral-based loan products, having joined in October 2020. She has over 20 years of experience in asset based lending, portfolio compliance, special assets, and asset valuation, with prior roles as SVP of New Loans and Compliance at GemCap, VP at Buxbaum Group, and Senior Financial Analyst at Sotheby's Realty. She earned an MBA in Finance from Chapman University's Argyros School of Business and Economics.

Nick Seraydarian is a Managing Director at SG Credit Partners, where he handles originations, deal execution, and portfolio management, and in 2022 was appointed to lead the firm's Software + Technology division after completing over 100 transactions with SaaS and recurring revenue businesses. He was part of the founding team of SG and joined its predecessor firm, Super G Capital, in 2015, where he helped build the second lien lending business and execute over $150 million in originations. He previously worked as a Senior Loan Administrator at First Republic Bank and began his career at US Capital Partners, and holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Spencer Brown is a Managing Director at SG Credit Partners, where he handles originations, deal execution, and portfolio management, having joined Super G Capital in 2017. He previously worked as an Associate at FirstBank Holding Company, focusing on underwriting in retail and commercial lending, and began his career at Noodles & Company's corporate headquarters. He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Alex Godinez is the Operations Manager at SG Credit Partners, where he oversees the systems and processes used to monitor and improve the firm's financial and operational performance. He joined Super G Capital in 2014 and also supports the credit and underwriting team on originations, underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management. Before joining Super G, he helped run his family business for over seven years.

Andrew Nesbitt is a Vice President in the Software and Technology lending group at SG Credit Partners, where he handles originations, credit underwriting, deal execution, client relationships, and portfolio management. He joined SG Credit in June 2023 after working as a Portfolio Manager in the Technology Lending group at Texas Capital Bank, where he underwrote and closed over $250 million in new loan originations and previously worked in sponsor/leveraged finance, mortgage warehouse, and general C&I. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

Chris MacDonald is a Senior Advisor to SG Credit Partners, working on its Consumer Products and Structured Credit verticals and overall firm strategy. He previously was a Founding Partner of Virgo Investment Group Fund III, served on its Investment Committee, led its Risk Management team, and was Chairman of Stonegate. Earlier he co-headed the Principal Finance Group at Silver Point Capital and held roles at Wells Fargo Foothill and CIT Business Credit, with over thirty years in private credit and special situations investing.

Claire McNamara is a Director at SG Credit Partners, where she reviews, underwrites, and executes new transactions and manages client relationships. She began her career in 2020 at Pathward (formerly Crestmark) as a field examiner and later joined Mountain Ridge Capital in 2022, rising to Vice President of Underwriting. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Auburn University.

Clay Crosby is an Associate Director in the Consumer ABL group at SG Credit Partners, working in credit underwriting, risk management, and asset-backed lending. Before joining, he held progressively senior roles at Flexport Capital, where he managed a $400M portfolio and led underwriting teams, working on credit policy, default remediation, and product initiatives. He holds a Finance degree from Auburn University.

Dan McCallum began his career in 2011 as a credit analyst in MB Financial Bank's Leadership Development Program, rotating through commercial and industrial lending groups before moving into the bank's workout group to manage distressed loans. In 2015 he joined Gibraltar Business Capital's asset-based lending originations team, working with business development officers to structure loan packages. He now underwrites and executes new transactions and manages client relationships, and holds a BS in Business from Miami University.

Evan Waggoner is a Director at SG Credit Partners, where he handles originations, deal execution, and portfolio management. He joined Stonegate Capital (later acquired by SGCP) in April 2021 and works from the Washington, D.C. office. Before SGCP, he spent seven years at Wells Fargo Capital Finance as a Vice President, originating and underwriting credit facilities across industries including consumer products, food and beverage, manufacturing, and transportation, and he earned a B.S. in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.

Gerardo Mora is a Vice President at SG Credit Partners, where he works on originations, deal execution, and portfolio management. He joined Super G Capital in 2018 and previously worked as a Business Management Associate at Moss Adams LLP, providing tax advisory, accounting, and wealth management services. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.

Jacob Russet is an Associate in SG Credit Partners' Software and Technology lending group, handling credit underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management. He joined the firm in March 2026, having previously served as an Assistant Vice President on the Technology & Innovation team at Western Alliance Bank (formerly Bridge Bank), where he worked with venture-backed companies on credit analysis and deal structuring. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.

Jessica Panarella is a Vice President at SG Credit Partners, where she handles credit underwriting, deal execution, client relationship management, and portfolio management. She joined Super G Capital in 2017, having previously worked as a Relationship Manager at Novus Capital Group and as an Analyst at Vencore Capital, both venture debt firms. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Portland and a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Jordan Hoppe started her career in 2014 as a credit analyst at MB Financial Bank, where she completed a leadership development program that rotated through lending groups including healthcare, commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, and professional services, before joining the bank's healthcare group to underwrite and manage a portfolio. At SG Credit Partners, she reviews, underwrites, and executes new transactions and manages client relationships. She holds a BS in Finance from Michigan State University.

J.T. King is Managing Partner of 4612 Group, LLC, where he leads direct investment activity, and Chief Investment Officer of Nonami, LLC, the single family office of the Cousins Family in Atlanta, overseeing the foundation and family investment portfolios. Before joining Nonami in 2010, he founded and ran a Julian Robertson-backed credit hedge fund, and earlier worked in leveraged finance and M&A advisory as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse. He holds a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.

Lon Brown advises specialty finance companies on credit underwriting, portfolio management, and corporate strategy. He previously spent 12 years as a Managing Director at Bracken Capital (formerly ColumbusNova MB), and earlier held Managing Director roles at Hampshire Advisory Partners, Patriarch Partners, and Bank of America and its predecessors. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Margaret High began her career as a journalist reporting for newspapers in North Carolina, then worked at Public Impact, an education policy firm in Chapel Hill, N.C. She earned her MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2022 and previously worked as an underwriter at Wayflyer, an Irish fintech startup focused on e-commerce merchant cash advances. At SG Stonegate Capital, she reviews, underwrites, and executes new transactions and manages client relationships.

Michael Hare is the Chief Financial Officer of SG Credit Partners, where he oversees financial reporting, FP&A, operational finance, and financial strategy. He joined the firm in March 2025 after serving as CFO of Stonegate Capital Holdings, which was acquired by SG Credit, and earlier worked as a CPA at Ernst & Young advising financial services clients. He is a CPA and CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ryan Woody oversees credit management, collateral monitoring, loan accounting, and treasury at SG Credit Partners. He started his commercial lending career at GE Capital in 2002 and later held credit and operational roles at Wintrust, Bridge Finance Group, Gibraltar Business Capital, and Wells Fargo, working across commercial debt products such as asset-based, cash flow, health care, factoring, and rediscount lending. He holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from DePaul University.
