Alex Dikman· Managing Partnerin

Alex Dikman is a Managing Partner at Lumir, where he leads early-growth investments in Israeli technology companies across AI, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and deep tech. Before returning to Israel, he spent nearly a decade in New York City with roles at Amazon, a venture capital fund, and fintech companies, and previously served in the Israeli Paratroopers Unit and as a team leader in the Israeli Intelligence Agency. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University.

Josh Liberman· Founding Partnerin

Josh Liberman is the Founding Partner of Lumir and has invested in venture capital since the mid-1990s, with a focus on Israel's technology and business ecosystem. He is Chairman of the Josh Liberman Investment Group (JLIG), previously chaired its predecessor LJCB Investment Group, and is Co-founder and Chairman of CVS Lane Capital Partners, which manages more than 2 billion AUD.
