Josh Liberman is the Founding Partner of Lumir and has invested in venture capital since the mid-1990s, with a focus on Israel's technology and business ecosystem. He is Chairman of the Josh Liberman Investment Group (JLIG), previously chaired its predecessor LJCB Investment Group, and is Co-founder and Chairman of CVS Lane Capital Partners, which manages more than 2 billion AUD. His family has held past controlling stakes in Paz Oil and First International Bank of Israel.

Dean Kavanagh is a Partner at Lumir Ventures and a member of its founding team, with more than twenty years of experience across technology and finance. His prior work includes serving as a portfolio manager at a family office investing in the Israeli and Australian markets, board membership at a Sydney-based business funding originator, lead programming of an analytical platform for a San Francisco hedge fund, and project management of a clinical research tool. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University, and is a GAICD graduate and CAIA charterholder.

Guy Pross is a Partner at Lumir, where he leads capital strategy and manages relationships with global institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and LPs, having raised over $1 billion across multiple funds. He previously held senior roles focused on fund management and capital strategy at Israeli VC funds JVP and Viola, spent a decade in operational roles at startups, and advised corporates including Hyundai Ventures, Goodyear, and Ford. He is an Adjunct Professor at Reichman University teaching Advanced Data Analytics and Smart Cities, and holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.

Amanda Joske leads Platform at Lumir Ventures, focusing on connecting technology, investment, and global expansion. She began her career in the Digital Department at ANZ Bank working on the goMoney app, then spent over five years at the Israel-Australia Chamber of Commerce organizing investor delegations and served as the Israel representative for the Victorian Government's Invest Victoria initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from RMIT University, with an exchange at Tel Aviv University.

Andrew Corr joined Lumir in early 2022 and oversees the operational aspects of the funds, including financial management, trade execution, reporting, and compliance. He previously worked in investment operations, financial services, and private wealth management at firms including Colonial First State, Equity Trustees, Myer Family Company, J.P. Morgan, and Allied Irish Banks. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Master's in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Geography from University College Dublin.
