Yuval Rakavy advises the BRM Group on technology strategy and focuses on identifying development tools to incorporate into companies' technology roadmaps at early stages. He co-founded and served as CTO of BRM Technologies, and spent over a decade in R&D and product architecture roles at Check Point Software Technologies, BackWeb Technologies, and other startups. He studied Computer Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Alon Maor joined BRM in 2011 and leads the firm's life sciences investments, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and senior roles across the global medical technology industry. He founded Aesthera Corporation, a Kleiner Perkins–backed developer of light-based dermatological technologies, serving as CEO and Chairman until its 2010 acquisition by Solta Medical. Earlier he held executive positions at medtech companies in Japan and the United States.

Eran Barkat joined BRM in 2008 and leads the firm's early-stage technology investments, working as a generalist investor across various stages and business models. Before BRM, he was an Investment Manager and Principal at Israel Growth Investors (IGI) and earlier worked as a software developer. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and served as a senior officer in the IDF.

Timor Arbel-Sadras joined BRM in 2025 as a Partner leading the firm's growth investments, with over two decades of experience as an investor, board member, and executive in technology companies. She previously served as CEO of LeumiTech and Managing Partner at Viola Credit funds within the Viola Group, and held senior roles at EverC, Valoris Consulting, and Intel. She holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from ESADE Business School.

Arie Nachmias joined BRM in 2011 and oversees the firm's financial management, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation. He previously served as VP Finance and CFO of 7-Main Ltd., a single-family office and international investment company, and earlier was Deputy CFO of Makhteshim Agan Industries, a global crop protection company. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Gital Cohen joined BRM in 2007 as a bookkeeper. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Logistics with a minor in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, and a diploma in bookkeeping from Michlelet Mishlav.

Hen Kletter joined BRM Capital as VP in late 2025, where her responsibilities span business development and marketing, portfolio company advisory and value creation, and involvement in the firm's investment activities. She has around 20 years of experience in operational and customer-focused roles, previously serving as VP Operations at EverC, VP Customer Success & Delivery at Papaya Global, a P&L leader at RSA Security, and Execution Manager at Intel. She holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Inbar Keren joined BRM in 2004, where she handles the planning and daily operations of the Chairman's office as well as the group's major projects. She previously served as Assistant to the Public Affairs attaché at the Israeli embassy in Paris and worked as an Account Manager at the public relations firm "Kav Yashir." She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and a Diploma in Communication Journalism from Bar-Ilan University.

Itamar Barhum joined BRM in 1997 in the Finance Department after working in a similar capacity at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel. Since 2006 he has been the Group's Controller, handling financial and tax reporting, cash flow management, and leading the Finance Department, and he sits on various investment committees. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ono Academic College.

Karin Goldstein joined BRM Capital in 2014 as Assistant Controller, handling financial reporting, income tax, and regulatory compliance. She previously worked as an accountant at EY, where she audited companies across sectors including high-tech firms and venture capital funds. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion.

Liran Salomon joined BRM in 2015 as Office Manager, handling the firm's daily operations and the partners' schedules. She previously worked as a client portfolio manager and marketer at the Adler Chomsky advertising agency and as a Customer Relations Coordinator at the Marketing Communications Forum. She holds diplomas in Communication and Business Administration from the Open University, Public Relations from Habetzefer, and Complementary Medicine from the Kibbutzim College of Education.

Tomer Barkat joined BRM in 2019, where he supports the firm's deal flow by sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities across various sectors. He works with the partners to expand the firm's reach and identify emerging trends and technologies.

Vered Talmon joined BRM in 2012 as a bookkeeper, having previously held a bookkeeping role at NDS. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University and a bookkeeping diploma from Michlelet Mishlav.
