Manish Madhvani co-founded GP Bullhound in 1999, a cross-border technology investment and advisory firm, and has worked with founders and leaders of technology companies including Spotify, Revolut, EcoVadis, Slack, Believe, Discord, Whoop, Unity and Fjord. He began his career at Barclays Capital's Private Equity team and has advised the Treasury on entrepreneurship. He holds an LLB in Law and an MA in Marketing from Southampton University and appears regularly on Bloomberg and CNBC.

Alec Dafferner is a Partner and Head of US Advisory at GP Bullhound, which he joined in 2008, and has more than twenty-five years of technology investment banking experience spanning over 100 transactions for growth-stage companies in the US, Europe, and Asia. His work focuses on digital marketing, digital services, and consumer and digital media. Before GP Bullhound he spent over seven years at UBS in its Global Technology Investment Banking group and began his career at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company in San Francisco. He holds a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alessandro Casartelli is a Partner at GP Bullhound, advising technology companies in the Business Software and Consumer Technology sectors. He has over a decade of investment banking experience and has executed more than 30 M&A and capital raising transactions for internet, software, and media businesses. Before GP Bullhound, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, and he holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from ESADE Business School and a degree in Economics and Management from Bocconi University.

Anil Kuruganti is a partner in technology investment banking at GP Bullhound, where he advises growth-stage middle-market companies across technology, commerce, media, marketing, and information services. He has completed over 65 transactions throughout his career.

Brandon Overmyer is a Partner at GP Bullhound, where he leads the firm's global AI and B2B software advisory practice. He has over 15 years of technology investment banking experience and advises high-growth AI-native and AI-powered software companies on M&A, private placements, and capital markets transactions. Before rejoining GP Bullhound, he worked at BofA Securities covering emerging growth AI software, and earlier held roles at Capstone Partners and Houlihan Lokey. He holds a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar.

Claudio Alvarez is a Partner at GP Bullhound and Co-Head of the firm's London office, where he focuses on the Business Software sector. He holds a dual BA in Economics and Philosophy from Wesleyan University.

Guillaume Bonneton is a Partner at GP Bullhound based in Paris, focusing on M&A, buyouts, and private placements for European technology companies. He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group and later worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, LongAcre, and Jefferies International. He holds a degree from ESCP-EAP in Paris, an MSc in Management and Finance, a Masters in Corporate Law, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Jaime Moreno is Partner and Chief Strategy Officer for the group comprising GP Bullhound and Bullhound Capital, where he leads global strategy and growth initiatives and serves as Chief of Staff to the Managing Partners. Before joining, he worked as an M&A Strategy Manager at Accenture, delivering international projects across Europe, the UK, and Latin America, after starting his career in investment banking. He holds a degree in Business Management from CUNEF, Madrid, and a Diploma in Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Malcolm Horner is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Advisory at GP Bullhound, responsible for the Advisory division's global operations, performance, and growth. He previously spent most of his career in banking, completing over 40 transactions across financial institutions, boutique investment banks, and US financial services firms, and helped build Raymond James' London-based investment banking practice. He began his career at Deloitte's Corporate Finance Advisory practice, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

Mike Lippert is a Partner at GP Bullhound, where he leads the firm's Software advisory practice in the U.S. He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised on over 100 M&A and financing transactions in the technology sector, working with companies from growth-stage through public. Before GP Bullhound, he was a Managing Director at Lincoln International and previously worked in the TMT group at Houlihan Lokey; he holds a BA and MA from Stanford University.

Ravi Ghedia is a Partner at GP Bullhound who focuses on M&A and private equity transactions in the digital services sector, advising digital transformation and digital marketing agencies, consultancies, and technology-enabled services companies across the UK and Europe. He has more than 14 years of investment banking experience and previously worked in the TMT Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. Earlier in his career he taught in Yokohama, Japan.

Simon Miremadi is a Partner and Head of DACH at GP Bullhound, where he covers the software, consumer-tech and digital services sectors. Over ten years at the firm he has worked from its Berlin and San Francisco offices, advising clients including Urban Sports Club, Eversports, Motif, Signavio, 7NXT, Flightright and Uberall. Before GP Bullhound he worked at MCF Corporate Finance, Woodside Capital Partners in Palo Alto and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, and he holds an MBA from California State University and a BSc in International Business from ESB Business School in Reutlingen.

Simon Nicholls is a Partner at GP Bullhound, where he leads the firm's UK Advisory practice and heads its global sector coverage in digital services (digital advertising and digital transformation) and adtech. Over a 25-year career he has advised on M&A and capital markets transactions for technology, digital services and digital advertising companies across the UK and Europe. He began his deal-making career at UBS Warburg in London, advising on large-cap international media and internet transactions.

Ben Pittari is a Managing Director in the investment banking team at GP Bullhound, where he covers software, tech-enabled services, and financial technology across the UK and Continental Europe, advising founders and investors on exits and capital raises. He co-authors the firm's annual European SaaS Survey. Prior to joining in 2021, he worked in investment banking at HSBC and held sector M&A roles at ING and BNP Paribas, and he holds an MSc in Management from Bocconi University.

Carolina Sá Duarte is Director and Head of Legal at GP Bullhound, where she oversees legal matters across the firm's global operations and works with its leadership and investment banking teams. Her background is in corporate and transactional law, with a focus on cross-border M&A, and she previously advised on public and private M&A transactions at Citigroup in London. She holds a B.A. with honors from Lehigh University.

Maddie Albon is Global Marketing Manager at GP Bullhound, where she leads the marketing function and oversees brand strategy and communications across the firm's global operations. Before joining GP Bullhound, she spent over six years at UK investment bank Peel Hunt in roles including Marketing & Communications Manager and Brand Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication from Massey University in New Zealand.

Nansi Nistorova is a Managing Director at GP Bullhound with experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, growth capital raises, and restructurings. Since 2018 she has completed numerous technology transactions for clients ranging from VC/PE-backed and founder-led companies to multinational corporates. Before GP Bullhound, she worked in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications teams at STOUT and Stifel Europe (formerly ACXIT Capital Partners).

Oliver Connick is a Vice President at GP Bullhound, where he has been part of the deal team advising on transactions including Navori, Goat, Rocketmill, Unlimited, Coolr, Bliss, LoopMe and others. Prior to GP Bullhound, he worked on public market and private transactions within Investec's TMT Investment Banking Team.
