Steven A. Cohen is Chairman, CEO, and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Point72, a global multi-strategy asset management firm. He founded S.A.C. Capital Advisors in 1992 before converting his operations to the Point72 family office in 2014, and later established Point72 Private Investments, which houses the firm's venture capital and growth equity strategies. He began his investing career at Gruntal & Co. and holds a BS in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Harry Schwefel is Co-Chief Investment Officer at Point72, where he oversees the firm's Long/Short Equity business and supports portfolio managers and analysts in their performance and development. He attended a liberal arts college and began his career in equity research before moving to the buy-side.

Becca Mitchell is Co-Head of Corporate Communications at Point72, overseeing internal communications, recruitment marketing, and brand strategy. She joined the firm in 2015 on the Corporate Communications team, where she worked on digital communications, recruiting communications, brand development, and building an in-house video production team. Brooke Trahan is Chief Intelligence Officer at Point72, where she oversees the firm's Intelligence function and Surveillance program. She joined the firm in 2014 and established its Intelligence function, having previously spent seven years as an Intelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency. She holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University and an MA in Political Science from Northeastern University.

Daniel J. Lota is Point72's Global Head of Trading, overseeing the firm's trading staff, broker and counterparty relations, corporate access, and collaboration with the Compliance team. Over a 20+ year career at the firm, he has held roles including Head of Trading for U.S. and EMEA, Co-Head of U.S. Trading, and execution trader covering the consumer sector. He holds a BA in economics from Rutgers College, is a registered Chartered Market Technician, and lives in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Elena Bukowski is the Global Head of Capital Development and Investor Relations at Point72, where she oversees the firm's external capital activities and leads its Capital Development and Investor Relations team. She joined Point72 in 2018 as a Senior Specialist and later served as Deputy Head. Before Point72, she held marketing and investor relations roles at Tourbillon Capital Partners, the Daruma Hinoki Fund, and Fiduciary Management, and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and management from Drake University.

Geoffrey Lauprete leads Cubist Systematic Strategies, the quantitative investing unit of Point72. He previously spent 17 years at WorldQuant in senior roles including Chief Investment Officer and Vice Chairman, overseeing investment research, trading, risk management, and capital allocation, and earlier held positions as a Portfolio Manager at Millennium, a Quantitative Analyst at Deutsche Bank in London, and a Data Analyst at Numeric Investors. He holds a PhD in operations research from MIT and a BS in physics from Tufts University.

Gina DiMento is Chief Compliance Officer at Point72, overseeing the firm's global compliance program. She joined in 2011 and held roles including Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Global Head of Equities and Research Compliance; earlier she was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at PAR Capital Management, worked at Wellington Management Company, and co-founded AGS Law Group. She holds a BS from the University of Vermont and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.

Ilya Gaysinskiy is Chief Technology Officer at Point72, overseeing the firm's global technology platform and firmwide information security services. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs as a partner and Head of Core Engineering, where he worked across business units including derivatives middle office, consumer and wealth management, and core platforms, and contributed to infrastructure, AI, API, and data strategies. Jaimi Goodfriend leads investment professional development at Point72, building coaching and curriculum for fundamental equities analysts, and directs the Point72 Academy, which recruits and trains recent college graduates as investment professionals. Jason M. Colombo is General Counsel of Point72, leading the firm's global legal function. He joined Point72 in 2016, previously serving as General Counsel of Point72 Asset Management, and earlier worked as Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs and as an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. He holds a BA from Columbia University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.

Jeanne Melino is Point72's Chief Inclusion and Community Officer, overseeing inclusion, philanthropic, and community outreach programs. She serves as Executive Director of the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation and as Senior Vice President of Foundation and Community Engagement and a board member of the New York Mets, where she helped establish the Amazin' Mets Foundation. She previously spent over a decade as an attorney, beginning as an Assistant District Attorney and later becoming a Partner at Cozen O'Connor, before moving into philanthropic consulting; she holds a BA from Manhattan College and a JD from St. John's University School of Law.

Jennifer Cohen is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Point72, where she oversees the firm's human resources strategy, including talent management and organizational growth. She previously served as Global Head of Human Capital Management at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors and held senior HR roles at Global Atlantic Financial Group, including Co-Head of Human Resources and Managing Director of Total Rewards. Jerrell Watts is Head of Algorithmic Trading at Point72, which he joined in 2017, with more than two decades of experience in systematic and quantitative trading across equities, options, futures, bonds, and currencies. He previously held quantitative research roles at Citadel and Citadel Securities, including Head of Algorithmic Execution and Order Routing, and worked as a high frequency portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch and on automated market making efforts at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley, beginning his finance career as a quantitative developer at D. E. Shaw & Co. He holds a BS in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin and an MS and PhD in computer science from the California Institute of Technology.

Krista Murphy is the Chief Administrative Officer at Point72, overseeing the firm's Operations, Operational Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Internal Audit, and Strategic Implementation functions. She joined the firm in 2008 on the Finance team and later held roles including Executive Officer for the Discretionary Investing business and International Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Singapore office. Marc Desmidt is Head of Asia Pacific at Point72, overseeing the firm's Asia-Pacific offices and regional strategy. He previously held senior roles at BlackRock across Asia, most recently as Head of Strategic Product, and earlier led Alpha Strategies and managed investment funds across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. He holds a BA from the University of Cape Town and an MS from the University of Oxford.

Michael Sullivan serves as Chief of Staff to Steve Cohen, Founder and CEO of Point72, and as the firm's Head of External Affairs and a member of its Executive Committee. He leads the Metropolitan Park project, which secured a New York City gaming license to develop a sports and entertainment resort near the New York Mets stadium. He joined Point72 in 2007 after working as a senior Congressional aide on telecommunications and technology policy and leading strategic development for a telecommunications trade association, and he holds a degree from Vanderbilt University.

Miguel Vargas is Point72's Head of Strategy, where he assesses new business opportunities and oversees the firm's data partnerships and strategic initiatives; since 2023 he has also served as Chief of Staff to Executive Vice President Gavin O'Connor. He joined the firm in 2016 in its Market Intelligence research group and rose through several roles, including MI Business Unit Manager. Before Point72 he was a Managing Consultant at IBM, and he holds a bachelor's degree in politics from Princeton University.

Mike Fisher is Chief Risk Officer at Point72, overseeing the firm's risk management. He previously served as Head of Risk for Global Fixed Income and Macro at Citadel and spent over 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where he led desk strategist teams across Foreign Exchange, Emerging Markets, and Capital Optimization and was COO of Global Desk Strategists. He holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Caltech and a PhD in mathematics from NYU's Courant Institute.

Mohammed Grimeh is Head of Global Macro at Point72, where he oversees and supports the firm's Global Macro Portfolio Managers and their teams. He previously was Deputy Global Head of Fixed Income at Millennium Management, Head of Global Markets for the Americas at Standard Chartered Bank, and Global Head of Emerging Markets at Lehman Brothers. He holds a degree in engineering and applied mathematics from École Centrale of Paris.

Tiffany Galvin-Cohen is Co-Head of Corporate Communications at Point72, where she leads external communications and content strategy and acts as the firm's primary spokesperson. She joined in 2018 from Goldman Sachs, where she handled external communications for the Securities, Engineering, and Operations divisions, and previously led communications for MF Global and served as a press secretary for former New York Governor George Pataki. She holds a BA in political science and an MS in public relations from Syracuse University.

Todd Hirsch is Head of Private Capital at Point72, leading a team investing in private credit including asset-based finance, structured credit, specialty finance, corporate direct lending, preferred and structured equity, and regulatory capital transactions. He previously served as a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone's Tactical Opportunities Group and Co-President of Blackstone Private Equity Strategies, and earlier was a Managing Director and Head of Credit Structuring at Deutsche Bank. He held roles at Littlejohn & Co. and Schroder Wertheim & Co., and holds a degree from Duke University.

Vincent Tortorella is Point72's Chief Operating Officer and a member of the firm's Executive Committee, overseeing areas including Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Legal, and Compliance. He joined the firm in 2014 to build a Surveillance unit, later became General Counsel while serving as Chief Compliance Officer, and previously held legal and operating roles at Coatue Management and Guidepoint Global. Earlier in his career he was a federal prosecutor and litigator, and he holds a BA from Dartmouth College and a law degree from Duke University School of Law.
