Nick Damiano is the CEO of Andromeda Surgical (YC S23) and previously founded Zenflow, which achieved FDA Class 3 approval and treated over 300 patients. I’ve found whether someone can pronounce Andromeda (assuming they’re a fluent English speaker) is a good first screen for whether they’re worth having involved. A surprising number of people have failed at this, and none of them turned out to be good fits.
