Christiana (Chris) Bardon is Managing Partner of MPM BioImpact, where she leads the firm's public market investing as portfolio manager for BioImpact Equities and the Oncology Impact Funds. She began her career as an analyst at MPM BioImpact and later worked as a health care analyst at Fidelity Investments covering biotechnology, life-science tools, and diagnostics. Trained as a physician, she earned her M.D. from Harvard Medical School and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She holds several academic and nonprofit roles, including Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School and Trustee of the American Association for Cancer Research Foundation.

Kristen Laguerre is an Executive Partner at MPM BioImpact with more than 25 years of financial leadership and management experience in venture capital. She joined the firm in 2017 and previously served as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and stepped in as interim CFO at portfolio companies ReNAgade Therapeutics and Cullinan Therapeutics. Before MPM BioImpact, she held CFO and partner roles at Atlas Venture and Flare Capital Partners, and led finance and operations as VP of Finance at Softbank Capital. Her current focus is managing the firm's Investment Committees, overseeing investment processes and portfolio construction.

Laura Brass is a Managing Director at the Novartis Venture Fund. She previously served as a Managing Director at MPM Capital and was part of the founding management team and SVP of Business Development at TriNetX, and earlier was CEO of the early-stage antiviral company Aferon. She holds a BA in Philosophy and BS in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a PhD in Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
