(Women Innovating Together in Healthcare), and she was named to the 2023 Forbes "50 Over 50" list for Europe, Middle East and Africa and received L'Agefi's 2024 "AM Leader" Award.

Marco Morelli is Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the investment team at Jeito Capital, a Paris-based healthcare investment fund he helped found, and serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology & Oncology at the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Federal University of São Paulo (1998), completed training in Molecular Pharmacology at the University of Copenhagen, and previously worked as a venture and scientific consultant for Sofinnova Partners. Earlier in his career he led a research laboratory and taught biochemistry at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School (2003–2020), supervising over 30 graduate and postdoctoral trainees and publishing approximately 100 scientific articles.

Renaud Dumora is an analyst at JEITO, where he conducts scientific analyses and due diligence for evaluations of biotechnology companies. He completed doctoral research at the Interdisciplinary Institute for Neuroscience in Bordeaux under Matthieu Sainlos, designing proteins to study molecular regulatory pathways in the post-synaptic cells of the hippocampus. Before moving into venture capital, he served as a scientific advisor for two startups.
