Murali Krishna Gunturu, a founding partner who transitioned the firm into deep‑tech, has decade‑long visibility into early Indian deep‑tech and CA/CFA credentials plus virtual‑CFO experience for structuring and risk analysis.

She previously worked on the investment team at Stride Ventures evaluating startups for venture debt transactions, and in the financial risk management team at KPMG, where she worked on quantitative credit models for international banks. She holds a Master's in Economics from the Madras School of Economics.

Indresh Batra is a Venture Advisor at Inflexor Ventures. He is associated with the OP Jindal group and has served as Managing Director at Jindal Saw, with earlier leadership positions at Jindal Texas Works and the Rockefeller Foundation.

Minal Sequeira joined Inflexor Ventures in 2024 as Head of Finance and Compliance, handling fund administration, compliance, portfolio management, and LP reporting. She has over 16 years of experience largely in private equity and venture capital, previously working at Tranzmute Capital, Sabre Partners, and Elevar Equity, where she served as Vice President - Finance and Compliance. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Financial Risk Manager, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R.A. Podar College, Mumbai.

Namratha Kuchangi is an Investor Relations Associate at Inflexor Ventures, where she focuses on strengthening the firm's relationships with its investor community. Prior to Inflexor, she built and scaled strategic partnerships and global alliances across B2B services and workforce solutions, with additional experience in fintech and real estate spanning sales, operations, and project delivery. She holds a Master's in Management from Queen Mary University of London and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Management from PES University, Bangalore.

Nirpam Agarwal is the Compliance Officer for Inflexor Ventures' GIFT City IFSC operations, focusing on regulatory compliance, fund operations, and portfolio management. Before Inflexor, he handled finance and compliance at Kae Capital and worked on the Head Office reporting team at DBS Bank, with experience in SEBI AIF and PMS compliances, fund accounting, and regulatory reporting. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Pratik Ahuja joined Inflexor Ventures in 2024 as a Senior Analyst on the investment team, working on sourcing potential companies. He previously worked in corporate development at D.E. Shaw & Co. and in investment banking at Avendus, and has experience building hardware and software products at firms including Barclays and startups. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore.

Sandeep Naidu Kandipalli leads strategic development at Inflexor Ventures, focusing on growth and exits, investor relations, and portfolio scale-up. He previously served as Head of Corporate Finance at Jupiter Capital, handled corporate development at Ola and investor relations for Ola Cabs, and spent seven years as an investment banker at JM Financial, with earlier roles at HSBC in technology and derivatives trading. He holds an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Madras.

Srikanth Tirumala is an advisor to Inflexor Ventures, an engineer and entrepreneur who now leads Torch Light Consulting LLC, working with growth-stage startups and collaborating with venture and investment firms. He earned an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Hyderabad and a graduate degree in computer engineering specializing in VLSI, then worked at Zilog, Cirrus Logic, and Intel on networking and security ASICs. He co-founded Platys and Apere, which were acquired by Adaptec and Citrix Systems respectively, and later founded Hooper Labs, an enterprise hyper-automation platform.

Vijay Sundar A N joined Inflexor Ventures in 2023 as an Analyst on the Finance team, focusing on compliance and portfolio management. He previously worked in the Audit and Assurance team at Deloitte, where his work included audits, financial modeling, and supporting early-stage startups. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore.
