Ajay Mahipal is co-founder and partner at HealthKois, a healthcare transformation fund focused on India. He is also a partner at HealthQuad and holds credentials as a chartered accountant. His experience spans healthcare and healthtech venture capital investing, investment management, portfolio monitoring, exits, equity capital markets, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.

Abrar Mir is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Quadria Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm in Asia with over US$4.5 billion in managed capital, and a co-founder of the healthcare venture capital firm HealthQuad. He serves on the firm's Investment Committee and on the boards of several companies, including Medica Synergie, Soho Global Health, FV Hospitals, Hermina Hospitals, and Encube Ethicals. Before founding Quadria Capital, he was Global Head of Healthcare at Religare Capital Markets and a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London; he holds an M.Phil in International Law from the University of Cambridge.

Dr. Amit Varma is Co-founder, Managing Partner, and Investment Committee member at Quadria Capital, a healthcare private equity firm in Asia, and Co-founder of HealthQuad, a healthtech venture firm in India. Trained as a critical care physician, he has over three decades of experience across the US and Asia in healthcare investing and delivery. He also holds advisory and board roles in academic, research, and non-profit organizations.

Kanika Jain is a Senior Associate at HealthKois, working in healthcare venture capital. Her background includes roles in strategy consulting and as an assistant professor, and she holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry.

Manali Rajgaria is a Finance Manager at HealthQuad, a domestic VC/PE firm affiliated with Quadria Capital, where she focuses on investor relations and fund operations. She has over six years of experience in fund operations and middle- and back-office functions, along with three years of statutory audit articleship, and has previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and Deloitte. A Chartered Accountant, she also holds the NISM Series XIX-C AIF Manager certification.

Manan Kalra is an MBA candidate at London Business School with prior experience in growth equity investing and consulting, including a tenure at Bain. His work has spanned capital allocation, deal structuring, portfolio management, and turnaround initiatives. He is based in London.

Megha Kaul is Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partners at HealthQuad. She has previously held administrative, executive assistant, and operational support roles at organizations including McKinsey, 21st Century Fox, Dassault Systèmes, HP, and The Oberois, supporting CEOs, COOs, MDs, and divisional heads. Her most recent role prior to HealthQuad was as a Senior Team Assistant to the India Practice Head at the McKinsey Knowledge Center, supporting a 50-member Org Solutions team over 18 months.

Nidhi Dahiya is Head of Impact & ESG at HealthKois, working on the integration and implementation of ESG management systems for investors, development finance institutions, and investee companies. Her experience spans consultancy, lenders, and project development, including work on Environmental and Social Management frameworks, EHS due diligence, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance assessments. She previously led the implementation of environmental and social management systems at ReNew and has worked with development finance institutions such as IFC, ADB, and the World Bank, as well as domestic financial institutions including Axis Bank and NIIF.

Sakshi Bansal is Vice President at HealthQuad, with 10 years of experience in investment banking and investing focused on healthcare and financial services. She has closed six healthcare and digital healthcare deals across sub-sectors including diagnostics, mental health, chronic disease management, consumer health, and oncology pharma, and has worked in financial services areas such as small finance banks, housing finance, and general insurance. Bansal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (2017), graduating in the top 10% of her class, and a B.Tech from Delhi Technological University, where she was a Department Silver Medalist.

Shubham Jain is Vice President and a founding team member at HealthKois and Vice President at HealthQuad, a healthcare-focused venture capital platform managing over USD 350 million across two funds. He works across the investment lifecycle, including deal origination, due diligence, structuring, execution, and portfolio management, and has led or co-led investments in companies such as Wysa, GoApptiv, Qure.ai, Red.Health, Medikabazaar, and THB. His prior experience spans law, management consulting at BCG, investment banking at EY, and special situations investing at Samena Capital; he holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow, an LL.B., a B.E. from NSIT Delhi, and the CFA charter.

Sunil Thakur is a Partner and Investment Committee Member at Quadria Capital, a healthcare private equity fund operating in South and Southeast Asia with approximately US$4.5 billion in assets under management, where he focuses on healthcare investments across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the GCC. He co-founded Healthquad, a healthtech venture capital fund in India, and has more than 24 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and project finance. He is a Founding Director of the NATHealth Foundation, a former Treasurer of NATHEALTH, and a member of the CII National Committee on Pharma and Biotechnology.

Tushar Renjhen works in investments at HealthQuad, where he focuses on backing healthcare companies in India. He holds an engineering degree from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, University of Delhi.
