Hariharan Premkumar joined DSG Consumer Partners after eight years working in buyout investing and investment banking. He focuses on consumer brands and building businesses in a capital-efficient manner, and works on helping founders make their businesses self-sustaining without reliance on external capital.

Sameer Mehta, MD and Head of Southeast Asia, was hired to build its footprint, pairing Bain ASEAN consulting with P&L experience in Asia's alcohol and beverage market for emerging consumers.

Anju Ramdane joined DSG Consumer Partners in October 2018, where she leads fund administration and compliance. She previously worked as an Administrator at an offshore management company, overseeing a range of funds investing in India, Europe and Africa, and brings more than a decade of experience in the global business sector. She holds a degree in Management from the University of Mauritius and is pursuing an MBA.

Anushka Bharvani holds dual degrees in Business and Dance and built a career in brand and marketing. Before joining DSG Consumer Partners, she spent a decade at Unilever working on beauty, personal care, and supplement brands, focusing on consumer insights, go-to-market strategy, and campaign and product innovation. At DSGCP she applies this experience to support the firm's portfolio companies.

Bob Bachun began his career at a bank before qualifying as an accountant in the UK, working at firms including Coopers & Lybrand and taking on international assignments in Africa for the World Bank and IMF. He later spent seven years at International Financial Services, headed departments at Deutsche Bank in Jersey and Mauritius, and worked at Halifax Management Limited (which merged with MITCO) before serving several family businesses. He currently serves as Managing Director of a Mauritius-based management company and set up the DSG entities in Mauritius, sitting on the boards of most DSG companies.

Hun holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance and previously worked in financial services and M&A consulting across sectors including real estate, consumer, education, and pharmaceuticals. At DSG Consumer Partners, he focuses on consumer investing and supporting portfolio companies.

Pooja Shirali is a consumer investor at DSG Consumer Partners, where she focuses on identifying consumer need gaps, shifts in purchase behaviour, and market opportunities. A chartered accountant by training, she entered venture capital as an intern and joined DSGCP as an analyst, growing with the fund and its portfolio companies. She works closely with founders to spot patterns and develop solutions.

Rohan Shah is a Chartered Accountant who began his career in the Private Equity/M&A tax space. He spent more than 13 years at KPMG and Deloitte, working on large transactions. He is originally from Bombay.

Aditya Gogri holds an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He previously worked in equity research at JP Morgan and as an investment banker at Avendus, where he advised founders of consumer brands on fundraises. At DSG Consumer Partners he focuses on identifying and working with early-stage consumer brands.

Heena Gidwani is the Executive Assistant to the India team at DSG Consumer Partners, a role she has held since 2016 supporting Hari and the team. She previously spent three years as an Executive Assistant at Fulcrum Venture India, a healthcare-focused fund. She holds a Diploma in Mass Communication from K.C. College and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

Jun Wong works in a role connected to both DSG and Everstone. She holds a Diploma in Computer Studies.

Nihar Vete developed an early interest in consumer brands through exposure to entrepreneurs building businesses. He previously worked at Bain, where he supported consumer and healthcare companies on growth strategy, digital commerce, and go-to-market. He has a background in engineering and focuses on consumer health, digital health, and lifestyle brands.

Siddharth (Sid) Pillai grew up in India and has lived in Singapore for over a decade. He began his career in retail operations, spending six years with DFI's Health & Beauty banner, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He now works with early-stage founders building consumer businesses across the region.

Tarika Nalwa earned a bachelor's degree from New York University and began her career at Teach for India in Mumbai before joining an ed-tech startup, where she worked with the CEO on scaling the company. She later pursued an MBA at Singapore Management University, interning at DSG Consumer Partners, and now works with early-stage entrepreneurs, with a focus on supporting women-led businesses in Southeast Asia to build and scale consumer brands.

Tushna Marolia is a Chartered Accountant with more than 14 years of experience spanning management consulting and operating roles, focused on the consumer goods industry. She began at The Boston Consulting Group, then led corporate strategy at Godrej Consumer Products for the Africa and Middle East markets, and later held roles in Strategy, M&A, and Marketing at Mondelez International, where she headed the Direct-to-Consumer channel for India. At DSG Consumer Partners she works with portfolio companies on value creation, strategy, and growth.

Urmit Shah is an Associate in Growth & Analytics at DSG Consumer Partners, with over eight years of experience scaling consumer-focused digital businesses. He previously worked at Atomberg, handling D2C, ecommerce, and growth marketing, and at Setu Nutrition, where he led direct-to-consumer and marketplace expansion. At DSG Consumer Partners he works with brands on growth strategy and analytics.

Varun Parekh is a qualified CA and CFA who began his career in tax at EY before moving to Axis Capital, where he worked on M&A advisory. He later did venture debt at InnoVen Capital and now works at DSG Consumer Partners, where he focuses on identifying and working with early-stage consumer brands and supporting founders.
