Weisheng Neo is a Partner at Qualgro who leads the firm's investment team and focuses on SaaS, FinTech, and EdTech. Before joining Qualgro, he led an EdTech startup in Southeast Asia, worked at Alibaba Group in China, and held strategy roles at the Parthenon Group in India and Singapore. He holds a BAcc from Singapore Management University and an MBA from Wharton.

Badai Tanmizi is an Investment Manager at Qualgro, concentrating on AI, robotics, data, SaaS, lending, MedTech and marketplaces. He has led diligence processes and manages portfolio companies across Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe, with particular attention to Indonesia. Before Qualgro, he held innovation consulting, operations and research roles in Singapore and New York, including at a tech startup incubator, and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Carlos Camacho is an Investment Manager at Qualgro, working across the investment process and with portfolio companies in Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore and the Philippines. Before Qualgro, he was Head of Investments Development at the private investment platform Fundnel, and earlier held roles at Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Peter Huynh has been a Venture Partner at Qualgro since 2015, where he has led investments in SaaS, data, AI, marketplaces, and consumer tech and supports portfolio companies with international expansion and product, business, and talent development. He is currently Chief Strategy Officer at Harrison.ai and previously served as Director at Singtel Innov8, the corporate VC arm of Singtel Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in business development and product with tech companies across Asia, Australia, and globally.

Anqi Chen works on investment and due diligence analysis at Qualgro, covering enterprise SaaS, data, edtech and other B2B areas with a focus on Southeast Asia. Before Qualgro, she held roles in private equity and in public equity at a sovereign wealth fund, and earlier worked at a corporate venture capital arm of a private equity group in Shanghai. She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Accountancy with a minor in Translation from Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Chi Tran is a Senior Technology Advisor for Qualgro, supporting SaaS, data, AI, and blockchain investments. He currently serves as Chief Product Officer for Liquid Group, a crypto exchange, and was previously Regional CTO for OgilvyOne (WPP Group), with earlier technology roles at IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation, and 3G Australia. His experience spans enterprise software, solution architecture, mobile, cloud, and blockchain.

Goh Ze Tian works on investments and deal origination in the technology sector across Southeast Asia at Qualgro. Before joining the firm, he worked in M&A, supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions for technology companies across sectors such as SaaS, logistics tech, and e-commerce. He holds a Bachelor in Business Management from Singapore Management University (SMU).

Laetitia Chia works in finance, compliance and legal, and investor relations reporting at Qualgro, supporting investment documentation and portfolio management. Before Qualgro, she worked at a hedge fund and several private banking institutions. She is completing a Bachelor of Business at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Mellissa Ng works on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across Southeast Asia at Qualgro. She previously worked at a Malaysian investment bank supporting IPOs, M&A, and corporate finance advisory, and later at an impact private equity firm where she handled investment processes and developed impact management strategies for portfolio companies. She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, along with the CFA Institute Certificate in Sustainable Investing and the CFA UK Certificate in Impact Investing.

Natasha Eu leads investor relations, finance, and operations at Qualgro, where she also oversees portfolio management, compliance, and audit activities. She previously worked at Morgan Stanley and held senior roles at fund management firms. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bradford and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Olivier Carnohan is a Senior Technology and Business Advisor at Qualgro with more than 25 years of experience building digital businesses as a co-founder and angel investor across the US, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. He co-founded and ran the Singtel–Softbank joint venture, led the Emerging Business Development intrapreneur unit at Singtel Group Enterprise, and served as Senior Director of the eBusiness team at Singtel Group. He also co-founded and exited Nessa Hearing and has invested in and advised several Asian startups.

Olivier Sibony is a Senior Advisor and Investment Committee Member at Qualgro, based in Paris, and has been involved in the firm's investments since 2015, traveling regularly to Asia to work with entrepreneurs and co-investors. He is a professor, writer, and consultant focused on strategic thinking and decision-making processes, and previously spent over 20 years as a Senior Partner at McKinsey across Europe and the United States, serving clients in private equity, venture capital, healthcare, and consumer sectors.

Ray Chin is a member of the Finance & Operations team at Qualgro, focusing on finance, compliance, and audit matters. He previously worked at fund administration firms and a venture capital fund, with over six years of experience in fund administration and venture capital operations. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.

Ryan Lim works across the investment process at Qualgro, from sourcing to deal execution, with a focus on Southeast Asia and sectors including enterprise SaaS, data, and other B2B areas. Before Qualgro, he worked in a profitability role at a multinational fast food holding company covering APAC, and held investment roles at a Singapore-based fund of funds and a Southeast Asia-focused seed-stage VC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the National University of Singapore.

Sean Leong is a Finance and Ops Analyst at Qualgro, where he supports finance, compliance, and audit activities. He previously worked in audit and advisory services at Big Four firms. He earned a Bachelor of Accountancy with a double major in Accountancy and Data Analytics from Singapore Management University.

Wen En Lim works on investment and due diligence processes at Qualgro across a range of industry sectors, with a focus on Southeast Asia. Before joining the firm, she held consulting roles including at Leap by McKinsey, helping organizations build and scale new businesses, and worked on strategy projects in the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) and automotive industries. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University (SMU).
