Henri Kats studied organic chemistry in Groningen and worked for seven years as a research chemist before moving to a consultancy, where he handled environmental permit applications and EIA procedures for chemical companies. He spent over 11 years at Groningen Seaports connecting government and industry, and was involved in founding Chemport Europe with the NOM. He also studied industrial engineering and earned an MBA, and now works as an investment manager at the NOM with a focus on cleantech.

Marie Weijler is a Business Manager for Business Clients at Rabobank, where she focuses on strategy execution, stakeholder management, and organizational development. She brings over 11 years of experience across venture capital, banking, and public funding, including a former role as a VC Partner working across the startup financing ecosystem. Weijler has international work and study experience across eight countries and speaks Dutch, English, French, and Spanish fluently, with intermediate German proficiency.

Martijn Scholtes leads the Corporate Venturing team at Rabobank, which invests in early-stage fintech companies to explore new business models and technologies for the bank. He has more than 20 years of experience at Rabobank across Mergers & Acquisitions, Leveraged Finance, Turnaround Equity, and Group Finance, and launched the bank's corporate venture capital activity in 2017. He also serves on Rabobank's Innovation Board.

Ruud van Dijk is an investment manager at NOM who works on assessing new financings, refinancings, and sale processes. Born in Leeuwarden, he entered the banking sector during his studies in Personnel & Labour and later completed a second degree in business economics before joining NOM.
