Dongxing Zha is founder and CEO of Keyway TCR Discovery and co-founder and CEO of Ypsilon Therapeutics, companies focused on TCR-based and TCRm therapeutics for cancer. He has over two decades of experience in immuno-oncology and biologics research and development, with prior scientific leadership roles at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Merck Research Laboratories, where he led discovery programs in bispecifics, TCRs, and cell therapy.

He has managed multiple monoclonal and bispecific antibody discovery programs across disease areas currently in advanced clinical development.

PJ Krohl is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Overture Therapeutics, focused on antibody medicines for obesity and metabolic disease. He previously co-founded PerformAb, a company addressing antibody discovery for challenging targets including GPCRs and ion channels, which was acquired by Alloy Therapeutics where the platform continues to support partner programs. Melissa Lokugamage is a participant in AbbVie's Strategic Leadership Program and is involved in building new companies at 82VS. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech, with research focusing on non-hepatic delivery of lipid nanoparticles, nucleic acids, nanomedicine, and non-viral delivery modalities.

Michael Kalos is a biopharma executive with 30 years of experience in cell therapy, immunooncology, and oncology vaccines. He currently serves as an independent board member at ImmunoScape and as founder and managing director of Next Pillar Consulting, while holding venture partner roles at Alloy Therapeutics and Orange Grove Bio. His career includes executive positions at ArsenalBio, Janssen, and Eli Lilly, as well as academic research at the University of Pennsylvania and City of Hope, where he contributed to the development of the CTL019 program underlying Kymriah; he holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota, has authored over 85 peer-reviewed publications, and holds 32 patents in cell therapy and immunotherapy.
