Hemanta Baruah is founder and CEO of Aakha Biologics. He brings over 15 years of experience in antibody discovery, protein engineering, and protein sciences across industry and academic settings, and serves as lead inventor of the approved therapeutic Sintilimab, an anti-PD-1 antibody. He has managed multiple monoclonal and bispecific antibody discovery programs across disease areas currently in advanced clinical development.

June Almenoff served as President and Chief Medical Officer of Furiex Pharmaceuticals, where she oversaw R&D, corporate governance, partnering, and commercial strategy during a tenure that culminated in the company's acquisition by Actavis for approximately $1.2 billion in 2015. She subsequently held the role of Chief Medical Officer at RedHill Biopharma from 2019 to 2024 and currently serves as Co-Founder and Executive Board Chair of 82VS Newco, a venture portfolio company affiliated with Alloy Therapeutics, while maintaining board positions at multiple public and private biopharmaceutical companies and providing advisory services in translational medicine, clinical development, and commercial strategy across multiple therapeutic areas.

She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech, with research focusing on non-hepatic delivery of lipid nanoparticles, nucleic acids, nanomedicine, and non-viral delivery modalities.

Michael Kalos is a biopharma executive with 30 years of experience in cell therapy, immunooncology, and oncology vaccines. He currently serves as an independent board member at ImmunoScape and as founder and managing director of Next Pillar Consulting, while holding venture partner roles at Alloy Therapeutics and Orange Grove Bio. His career includes executive positions at ArsenalBio, Janssen, and Eli Lilly, as well as academic research at the University of Pennsylvania and City of Hope, where he contributed to the development of the CTL019 program underlying Kymriah; he holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota, has authored over 85 peer-reviewed publications, and holds 32 patents in cell therapy and immunotherapy.

Sudhir Agrawal is founder and president of ARNAY Sciences LLC, a life science research practice specializing in the chemical engineering of oligonucleotides for RNA therapeutic applications. Over 35 years, his research has focused on discovering and developing RNA therapeutics, with work in gapmer antisense, exon skipping, and immune modulation through toll-like receptors. His recent research explores transient spatial cyclic structures of nucleic acids for RNA therapeutic development.

Ugur Eskiocak is CEO and Co-Founder of Voro Therapeutics.
