Global BioAccess Fund

Bruce Roberts is Managing Partner of Global BioAccess Fund, with over 25 years of banking, strategic, and investment experience in life sciences. He co-founded the predecessor firm to RM Global in the early 1990s and has worked on life science transactions and investment strategies for corporate clients. He earlier owned and directed the skin care company Flori Roberts and practiced corporate and securities law at Sidley Austin. He holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Lisa Wisniewski is Chief Scientific Officer at Global BioAccess Fund and a drug development executive with over 25 years of experience across therapeutic areas including oncology, anti-infectives, and vaccines. A licensed investment banker and Managing Director at RM Global Partners, she advises clients on asset development, private placements, and out-licensing, and she serves as CSO for the RMG Healthcare Fund. Her prior roles include Vice President of R&D Operations at Ikaria and Executive Director, Global Program Leader at Celgene, along with earlier positions at Novartis and Chiron.

Ted Moon is Managing Partner of Global BioAccess Fund, with more than 20 years of experience in banking, strategic investment, business development, and law across the healthcare and life science sectors. He has worked on cross-border transactions involving U.S., Israeli, and Korean companies, advising biopharma and medtech ventures as well as large corporations such as Samsung and AmorePacific Group on M&A, capital raising, partnerships, and exits. He is also a managing partner of RMGP Biopharma Investment Fund, an early-stage biopharma fund investing in Israeli ventures alongside J&J, Takeda, Bayer, and OrbiMed.

Sonia Gulati, PhD is a Principal at the Global BioAccess Fund, with a background spanning life sciences venture capital, biotechnology strategy consulting, and basic science research. She previously served as an Executive in Residence at Kairos Ventures, where she worked on venture creation and acted as interim CEO for new portfolio companies, and earlier managed the life sciences portfolio as Assistant Director at New York Ventures. She earned her PhD from Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and holds a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Mike Krepps joined the Global BioAccess Fund in 2023 as a Venture Partner and also serves as Chief Strategy Officer for AI Proteins. He previously was COO of the immunotherapy biotech OncoPep, led the investment team at the American Cancer Society's VC fund BrightEdge, and worked as an Associate Principal in CRA's Life Sciences Practice. His background also includes co-founding SynActive Biosciences and serving as a Program Manager/Senior Scientist at the US Department of Defense's Biosciences Division. He holds an MS in genetics and a BS in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dave Praharaj, MD is a Senior Associate at the Global BioAccess Fund. He previously worked as an Associate in J.P. Morgan's Healthcare Investment Banking Group, advising biotech and pharmaceutical companies on strategic and financing transactions, and earlier consulted for the biotech team at Matrix Capital Management. He holds an MD from Dartmouth's Geisel School of Medicine, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a BS with Honors in Biology from Stanford University.

Kevin Cyr, MD, is a physician working across clinical medicine and life sciences venture capital. As a Research Associate at the Global BioAccess Fund, he has contributed to investments in clinical-stage companies in cardiovascular, oncology, and medtech areas. He completed internal medicine training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, earned his MD from Stanford University with a focus on Cardiac Bioengineering, and holds a BS in Bioengineering and Management Science from Vanderbilt University. He is named on several university-held patents and has authored more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications.
